A fairly new park, with a splash pad next to the playground. There's also a volleyball ground, complete with a sandy area, along with basketball courts. The splash pad hours for Sunday says open til 6pm on Google, but that was not the case, the water access shut down at exactly 5pm. There's some shade for the park but no shade at all around the splash pad. There's a playground for older kids and another set intended for younger ones; the playground is not fenced in. There are Covid guidelines rules put up in the park but no one seemed to be obeying it. It said maintain 6 feet distance and if you can't, to wear masks. There was no one there with a mask and kids and grownups alike were not maintaining the 6 feet apart rule. There wasn't a public restroom that I noticed, plenty of...
Read moreRight next door to the country golf club, Ghiloni Park, it's another regular we go to.
Has a decent section for young little toddlers and also for slightly older kids with a set of slides, climbing walls, hanging bars and such. Good number of swings too, including little infants.
There's also a spot for beach volleyball, though kids use it as a sandpit most of the time and there's a mini skate park that's pretty good for bikes and skateboards on one side of the park and on the other is a few basketball courts and then a little warm up area for runners.
Also has a few nice trails, quite easy too, that go around the park and the footie/soccer fields that are easy enough to do with a pushchair.
Plenty of parking too, with restrooms...
Read moreSuper cute and clean park. There’s a great playground with unique structures. One structure is geared toward younger kids and one towards older kids. There is also a small plans area. Perfect for cooking off on a hot day. The splash area is fenced in with one entrance/exit which is also convenient for parents who want to sitervise. There is also a sanded volleyball net, a basketball court and a large field. There are bathrooms but I didn’t use them so can’t speak to their cleanliness. One major con is there is no shade and little seating. I would suggest bringing a lawn or beach chair that has its own canopy. Other notes: plenty of parking, electric car chargers (not sure if they are free or with $$), there is also a...
