Post Road Art Center: Picture Framing & More — Attraction in Marlborough

Wow, this place is such a find! We were looking to get two large canvases framed that we brought back from Europe, but were shocked at the prices from other frame stores (even Michael's). Post Road Art's "Just Frame It" deal was awesome, since it let us choose from several groups of frames for a reasonable fixed price. We ended up paying around $320 to have BOTH paintings (slightly over 24"x36") stretched and custom framed. There was one issue with the original frame we selected, since they discovered that the remaining batch they had was warped and could not be used. Randi is someone I know personally having shopped at the Post Road Art Center over the past 20 years. She is very kind and caring. I get all my custom framing needs taken care of by her and her staff. They always do an excellent job at preserving my art and memories. I highly recommend her custom framing. Her store also has a delightful gallery and she sells all the art supplies I could ever need. I like to get the Pigma Micron pens to draw my cartoons with. She also has all kinds of paint. I'm new to being an artist but Randi, who owns and operates Post Road Art Center, never once made me feel like I didn't belong. She has been patient with my unending questions and made great suggestions without pushing products on me that I didn't want.
