Its there if you need to get something, but other than that, that is all that is good about the shop. Been going there for a few years and I've almost never seen the same person working twice. All but two people I've interacted with had no idea what they were talking about, so it more or less seems to be a revolving door of mostly incompetent stoner bros. They never seem to have the same products, so it gets kind of aggravating when you find one type of thing you like and the next time you go they don't have it. On top of that, I've bought 4 torches there and not a single one has lasted more than 6 months, whereas torches I've bought elsewhere years ago are still functioning fine. And as far as glass goes, anything mid range priced is sub-par; the three I have from there all developed functional problems with various glass (usually the female part or something else internal) parts coming loose, making it difficult to clean. At this point I am fed up with the poor quality and poor customer service experiences I've had, so I'd recommend going elsewhere if you have...

FOR THE MOST PART, it is an OK place with a decent selection of glass and vape stuff... BUT they were selling me a 7mg syringe of CBD and claiming that it was 350mg. This kind of lie is BAD. And there were other times that I was sold something other than advertised. The staff is either misinformed, or downright lying. I feel ripped off and I am sad to say I will never go there again. Be careful and do not trust anyone here. If you go, you may very well find what you need for a reasonable market value... but buyer beware and know your stuff or you could get ripped off several times before you notice, just like I did. I feel so stupid and I personally will be watching these kinds of stores MUCH more closely from now on....

Cody is very knowledgeable about the products and the liquids they sell at Vape City he eased my mind being a new vapor and told me it's okay to have questions he made me feel very welcome and very comfortable and made me want to feel like I can come back.
