Rotary Winter Wonderland — Attraction in Marshfield

I talked to my husband into taking me to this. Since I love to see the christmas lights. It's about an hour away from where we're at, which is not a bad drive. We took a wrong road on the drive through and ended up at the beginning and thought it was just then a walk through. However, we were wrong again, and there was a drive-through available. But we decided to take a short walk through all the christmas lights. It was a beautiful sight, so many lights around the whole zoo area. We got to actually see some of the wildlife in their own settings as well. What a joy it must be for them to see the warm lights and people. Definitely worth while to take the whole family to. We had a great time enjoying the lights and music. They collected food donations and I believe it goes to a different community resource each night. They had free s'mores and a place to buy hot chocolate (and hand warmers). Many of the lights were set to music or had 'movement'. Fun & mostly free activity to do with the family. They do request donations of money or canned goods but not required. Soo many lights you can walk through the zoo or drive. The bathrooms are open to guests. There are food trucks scattered around and Santa is there a few hours if the weather is OK. You do have to bring your own camera to take a photo with, and it’s free.
