Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Marshfield

We are regulars at this place tonight we went there got ice cream for everyone in our car starting off they started driving about how much we were ordering. Second when it came to the ice cream we were watching them make it and when it was received from us it looked like it would already been melted we ate them anyway but we could clearly tell something was wrong we observed them pouring the rest out in a green Menards bucket so I believe with my heart that the ice cream was bad cuz it was stringy and melted so I don't understand why if they knew they were having issues why they served it to us anyway is beyond me we've been here several years in a row and never got treated like we were today I wish I could figure out who owns this restaurant because I would definitely contact them they had an older lady and what look like a kid running the whole place does anyone know who owns this restaurant please give me a...

I can not say enough about Laura @ DQ Roddis Ave. in Marshfield Wisconsin. Laura has been so kind and helpful during this pandemic. I live several hours out of town and my mother is under hospice care. I wanted to make Mother’s Day special and she didn’t let me down. The cakes were gorgeous and I’m told delicious. Then on June 6th my mother was still able to celebrate her 98th birthday. Again the cakes were spectacular and delicious. It meant so much that she gave my special ordered cakes such endearing meaning for my mom when I couldn’t be with her to celebrate.

I got ice cream from here and it was just awful. Not only did I got get what I ordered, but the ice cream was melting over the sides of the cup before the guy even gave it to me. By the time I got home, which was only 3 blocks away, there was ice cream all over my car. I had to dump the ice cream in a bowl because the cup was all gross an sticky from the melted ice cream and at that point I noticed that the blizzard was not even mixed.
