Melody Gardens — Restaurant in Marshfield

the owner has threatened me over my review, so this is an edit. I actually recommend that you go here, just to see for yourself! The Food is of very low quality, cheap as freezer section meals, bulk cheap frozen items, charged as real meals... I am not local to Marshfield, but I did work there & this was my experience from this place & it is also witnessed opinions of other people I've met, that are local. Where I worked in Marshfield, EMPLOYEES, PATIENTS & PATIENTS FAMILIES, warned me about the food from this place. I have never been inside, but I have eaten food from there. I do know the food from this place was ordered weekly for patients where I worked. To each their own opinion, but in my own personal experience w/ this food, I was either disappointed to the point of insult w /the quality, And the food made me very "bathroom" ill, twice! Since the owner has threatened me for my review, and some of the people who talked negatively about the food are no longer w/ us, I will now only speak for myself. But I actually think people from the area should go...and see for themselves! *FYI the only reason that facility LIED and said the patients LOVE THE FOOD, is so they don't have to prepare the food for the patients, which was JOB REQUIRED..so i believe whomever the owner stated they talked to...was being polite...the staff at the health facility doesn't like to cook for the patients! ...

My first time there with my daughter. It was not the best experience. A couple people gave me good service one girl gave me poor customer service. My daughter enjoyed it because I kept my peace. I asked for water with my meal. They gave me a cup. When I asked for a refill the other younger girl 16 maybe 17?? said we don't do water here at the window. I said I just got water with my meal. She said Well we don't do water. If you want water they have the bubbler. I'm thinking ok I will keep my peace. I got water from the bubbler and it was barely drinkable. Tasted like sewer water. 1 worker seemed like she wanted to be there and nice. The others stood around like zombies. They didn't know what they should do. The only time I got a "may I help you?" is when I walked by I said I want to go to the bathroom she said oh. If they had bottled water I would have paid but to say they won't give you water with your meal???? We got ice cream and the girls hair was hanging over the ice cream. No hair Net or at least tuck it in with a hair tie. Good ice cream but I don't like hair in mine. (Didn't find any hair) just the fact that her hair was hanging over the ice...

I just had a meal at Melody Gardens. I tried the Wednesday night codfish meal. The potato that was served was raw and cold, the service was slow and the waitress never asked me how the food was. I’ve eaten at Melody Gardens many times this was the crummiest meal I’ve ever had there, the potato was cold the chili was cold the salad was crummy. The bun that was served with the meal was obviously 34 days old. It was dry and hard. I ate the fish because I was hungry. I ate the green beans because they look good, but they were OK. I did not leave a tip , I am usually a very generous tipper tipping 2530 even 40% at the service is good. This was not a good...
