The Sports Den — Local services in Marshfield

Last Saturday my teen age daughter and I stopped by on a whim to check out the bike selection. We had bought a Trek for her the year before and figured it was my turn. We weren’t even in the door and we were instantly greeted by an incredibly friendly, bubbly young sales representative named Lauren. She instantly asked what brought us in and was more than eager to help me find a bike. She showed us the selection and I was debating between a Trek and Specialized. Not knowing much about bikes she answered so many questions and explained what each one had to offer. I was so impressed with her knowledge, her patience, and kindness. I decided on the Trek. The other two young gentleman working Ben and another friendly young man helped with the final tune up. They were also so outgoing and incredibly personable. The way all three of them carried on a conversation with me and my daughter were like they knew us and we were all that mattered. I have never been a part of such amazing customer service. My daughter commented several times how friendly they all were especially Lauren. I told my daughter that is how it should always be and was so fortunate she got to witness such kindness and professionalism! Our smiles seriously lasted all day. Thank you so much Sports Den!! My experience at the Sports Den could not have been better. Prior to shopping in store I had checked out bikes online from several manufacturers and retailers. I had several questions about bikes and e-bikes. Andrew helped me with my questions and was very patient and not pushy at all. He was helpful in detailing the rear drive motors vs the mid drive motors and ultimately helped me find the right bike and enlightened me to a variety of factors I had not considered (battery life, compatibility with a tandem toddler bike). I was able to take the bike home with that day and get accustomed to it (as I had not ridden a bike in several years). After connecting my new e-bike to my toddler tandem bike, I stopped back at Sports Den and Pat was extremely helpful. He looked things over and made some adjustments with my brake and they even installed the bottle holder for me. It was a very relaxed and helpful...

Being able to test ride the bicycles was a tremendous help in my decision making. They were able to adjust the bike components to my preference when ordering the bike. I really appreciated all the time they spent helping me to find the "right" bike for me and their knowledge of the bike parts. My bike and bike rack had to be ordered but I received it in a timely fashion. I was so glad to get the bike I wanted on sale. What I really appreciated was the time spent with me reviewing all the bike's features on the day of pick-up. They also installed my new bike rack on the vehicle wihich was a product new to them.
