I actually wish there was a negative star like I don't even want to give this lady a star..
Here's how I heard of this place ugh it even makes my tummy hurt to talk about this place but I was referred to her by a very nice professional man Bobby at cricket he talked nothing but great things about this lady so I took his word for it and went there I'm not sure if this lady is the same lady that owns the place but first time ever walking in this place the lady at the register was overwhelmed and unprofessional I had to kinda joke around to get good vibes which it shouldn't be our job to do so . She was complaining about how she is the only one and omg it's frustrating and just negarocity out of her mouth which then I felt as if m I don't want an angry person fixing my phone .any who I paid my deductible of $50 and she said that I was in time for the shipment so she will be calling me as soon as Thursday or Friday the latest Thursday n Friday came and went she called me on Monday and said to bring the phone down that day and I told her I couldn't because I was at work so she said bring it tomorrow in the morning I thought they opened at 8 ...... Normally buianessr informative like hey bring it first thing in the morning we open at 10 so I went there 2 hours before the actual time their open and so I had to leave to go to my Drs and according to this lady she said it'll take 4 hrs for it to repair today is Tuesday and I asked her if I could bring it down tomorrow and she complained that she is off and she can't do anything until Thursday I just want my money back I will m won't ever refer any one to this lady she also says I didn't pay her 😂 this lady can't run a business she won't be able to make it very rude she hung up on me too I just want my money back bad business think twice before taking any action w this lady or...
Read moreMy phone was a Samsung S22 Ultra had a really minor cracked screen ding that ended up killing the entire display over a couple days and needed immediate fixing.. Didnt have insurance so was stuck in a difficult situation about what to do.. It cost me about $420 after taxes at this place but was about the same quote as the other place and I understand thats the market right now for fixing and replacing such a high end display like the s22 ultra and the intricate technical labor required.. if youre out of warranty for your phone and not paying the same for insurance which actually ends up costing about the same S400 a year after deductible..Was worth it to me in the end but JUST PROTECT YOUR PHONE WITH A GOOD CASE and screen protector if you have a really expensive device and dont want to do insurance is my advice. But im glad i found this option she was a true professional and the phone works like new same advanced display same sensitivity, same high refresh rate, finger print sensor and camera clearness and everything sealed back up great and she did it within a couple hours of service which was impressive and felt like personal professional service. I will update my review if my s22 ultra has any problems in the near future related to the repair but so far so good and she was great and nice and focused and she got it done in a couple hours on a walk-in on a sunday which I really appreciated that availability cause nobody else was open and sometimes you need that quick fix. I went into Icell to get my galaxy s6 fixed, it had a cracked screen and the screen was turning off.
That was the only problem with my phone, so I was hoping to find a way to fix the screen instead of having to buy a new phone entirely. You claimed it was like "a brand new phone".
That was definitely not the case; ever since, my phone has started to overheat, shut off constantly, and I lose service and connection to WIFI. The first time I came back to fix the problem with the "new phone", you claimed it could possibly be the charger I was using, than the 2nd time I came back in to get it fixed AGAIN you claimed I probably had a junk battery needing to be replaced. My battery was barely over a year old, but I got the new one and that didn't help one bit either. I have had to return 4 TIMES, and every time I did I repeated that my phone was having the same exact issues. Also refusing to give me a refund on the battery which I got 22days ago, or the "new" phone itself, I have paid almost $600.
If you are a phone repair store than you should be fixing the problems, not CAUSING them. With a business model like that, I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't last...
