Ka'opala Beach — Attraction in Maui

Beware! My husband and I visited in late November as the reviews are great and they all noted it was a non-crowded beach. The beach is, indeed, beautiful, but you need to watch the tide. 2-3 minutes of being there, a wave almost washed all of our bags away. Beautiful place. Nice place to swim, snorkel. You get to see few fish and maybe 1 or couple turtles. The reef live is dying. Few turtles are there eating algae. Very nice quiet beach place. There no parking area unless you staying at B&B near by where you can park your car and walk to the beach. The signs often say no parking at anytime. But I see people parking anyway.
