Love love love the drinks here!!! My husband got the iced matcha with the French vanilla whip and I got the frozen latte with French vanilla whip (pictured). I am normally not a matcha gal but I tried my husband’s and it was delicious! I will be dreaming about my frozen latte forevermore. I am guessing there isn’t any “real” dairy in the drinks since the options seem to be vegan in general, but definitely don’t let that stop you! My husband and I are not vegan but we loved our drinks all the same. The French vanilla whip is sublime. I really could not detect any alternative milk taste at all, so whatever they’re doing, they’re doing it right! My husband finished his matcha and we immediately turned around so he could get a frozen latte too, if that’s any indication. I also love the rounded bottom cups and the straws are exactly the right height; those kind of things probably don’t matter to everyone but they do matter to me :) the service was also friendly and fast. We got here for the first time! We were so happy to find this amazing food truck 🛻 as they are vegetarian 🌱 friendly shop! We loved the vibe they were providing and the workers (perhaps owners); May and Braden, were very nice and hard workers! We ordered quite few items since we were hungry and it was definitely a bingo experience! Love I personally loved the mushroom 🍄‍🟫 and chashu tofu ones! That chilly oil and fried crispy garlic definitely hit the spot! Eggplant 🍆 one was also juicy and good as well! If you are around here or far, this place is a must stop place for sure, you won’t be disappointed but just love it! 😁 They gave us matcha mochi at the end as well, what a great service spirit! Wow! This food is SO DELICIOUS. We almost licked our plates this was so good. Had a bunch of different bao - tofu was my favorite, loved the shot curls and mushrooms and the okinawa too - you can’t go wrong, then french fries and green beans and the lychee limeade — The frozen lattes are so good and the strawberry roll almost had us fighting for the last bite! Crazy delicious. Produce was so fresh! They’ve got the magic touch - the bao buns were perfect and ingredients prepped to perfection! We’ll be back for more while we’re here.
