The Coffee Store In Napili — Restaurant in Maui

Went there to buy some nespresso pods. One lady was standing around just watching other staff. Tried to get her attention. Finally walked down to ask her a question about the pods. They offered some help. Had to walk back to see them a couple of times. Ended up buying some Kaannapali Estate pods. We asked and paid for 2 boxes. It was clear the clerk wasn't going to get the 2nd box for us. When we went to pick up the 2nd box, they were out of stock. You can take the dark roast if you want. We asked if we could try a sample. They they don't brew it there. Their overall attitude was not helpful. I would definitely never go back there. It was not worth the drive from Kehei. They really couldn't care less. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING. Went in early in the morning, ordered a smoothie and a quiche, both delicious!!!! The gentleman who took our order, I don’t remember his name but he was SOOOO nice and welcoming. I had on a shirt with my college on it, and it turned out he was enrolled at one of rival schools of mine (Big 10 Rivals), and we were able to chat about school and it was just really nice. As a customer at a vacation destination, you come across employees/staff that are able to connect with you on a personable level even if it is only for 10 minutes. It really means a lot. The lady taking the orders has a nasty attitude and seems that she hates her job. She’s the one with the red and black shirt today. She should have better customer service manners. She seemed distracted and forced to take the order. We we’re asking for a plain bagel but instead she was asking the inside people if they still had the everything bagel then we had to correct her again and she just rolled her eyes.
