Update as of 12/19/2024. After receiving a call from the manager. She was able to get us the furniture and delivered on 12/19. We raised it to 3 stars as the quality is good, the manager took her time to correct as best as possible, but the overall experience with everything was too much to raise any higher ——————————————— This place tells their clients to submitt reviews to win prices in store, so dont believe all the hype. They are nice up front but change up as soon as you buy. I changed my review to this location to 1 star as we found out the hard way that they lie to you upfront to get you to buy even after specifically telling them dates by when you need your product. They talk to someone who tells the salesperson that it will be there by when you need it, and then change their story 2 or 3 times giving you different reasons as to why the furniture isnt there after they dont deliver on their promise. Once you mention that you want to cancel the order as it is past the time you needed it by. They wont do anything to help you and “nobody is available” to help with cancelling and getting your money back. At the writing of this review, i still do not have my furniture way past the promised time and will be cancelling. If you need something by a deadline, buy somewhere else as they will tell you they will have it ready and will not deliver on their promise. Read moreUPDATE: So today, Wednesday, 2/19/2025 I went to pick-up the TV stand that we decided to buy. At the loading dock, I had a great interaction with the warehouse attendant Ivan and his partner. They were both very genuinely caring with the handling and loading of the TV stand. They both have great customer service. I was also greeted by the manager, Liz, who made sure that the load was carefully loaded and safely secured. I have never had this level of customer service or attention by an entire store staff. We will definitely be back for any other furniture need we may have in the future. Thanks again MEGA Furniture.
This past weekend, the wife and I were greeted by a sales lady by the name of Clarissa. Even though we were just looking and weren't ready to buy yet, Clarissa still gave great, genuine customer service and showed us all the TV stands that she had available and was eagerly ready to make us a great deal on any of the TV stands. As we were leaving, we had an interaction with the rest of the staff to include her supervisor. It was a great interaction. Read moreNever doing business with this place again first i get a damaged table cool it happens, we call and the reps seem really lost not even knowing a resolution, manager calls and begs for us to bring review down rubbing in our face the “ i did and i helped” she promised we would get a brand new table a complete table still no exact tine frame when cool we went with it one week later just to come a find out that we are not getting a new table just the top replaced thats not what we agreed on at all and still loose table and no screws left behind to fix it not paying for this and will not remove review this time its a joke
Quick update: going on week 3 and still no resolution spoke with the manager she agreed and have audio recorded that she would not cancel my order which would have been easier but she will send a brand new table and still no call or any sort of communication (PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TIME THEY WILL NOT HELP...
