◇I really have to take away anything good i previously said before. Yeah i like the merch at times, although limited, and was willing to overlook how absurd they overprice things you can get yourself cheaper online yourself, but it was the experience of shopping and meeting fun people there like other random customers, friends, & the helpfulness and friendly workers that really made it feel comfortable. Now instead it's left a permanent ick feeling of how they treated staff which i take personal after working in service myself, so when a business or other puts blame, talks down about others, and/or isn't willing to own up to mistreating staff that toil away, especially alone at times, yeah it feels like how others can take advantage and say they are ones that make it great. You know those stories of scummy managers/owners we all hear in every field of work or on tv. Just may permanently shop online even if lawaway was always a helpful option here. Sad to give up a unique benefit like that. But others seem to know when to show up and scoop up the new stuff right away suspiciously. I'll only take this back if a public [formal] announcement is made and kept on all platforms saying how they'll do better and show results that they have after a few months. For the sake of both past and future employees out there that scrounge for others, we all deserve better treatment than what I've heard about has been done behind closed doors.
Other negatives include:
♤Parking is extremely limited, the buildings adjacent, (the bank & khit) that have empty lots unused next to it that make it a hassle to even go too. Vantage bank and Khit are awful for not sharing parking.
♧Price Gouging like whoa!!, seriously price match with other shops and you'll see for yourself how things are marked up and extra bit.
♡ Social media, like man y'all have to imrpove in that area. It sounds too scripted or fake and not as fluid as it used to be 😑.

♡P.s. YO MAMA x3!! ♡ & I left this of my own volition so you know this...
Read moreWent in for an item that had been on the shelf for over 2 weeks (had my eye on it go in very often even taking friends that don’t know of the place) when I took it to the cashier they told me they could not sell me the item because it was bought online and that they were looking for it.... the item was in the same place for weeks like I mentioned. The cashier offered me a Darth Vader figure instead, mind you my item was a My Hero Figure.... how would you dare offer a Star Wars figure over an anime figure like???? Instead I found a legitimate company online that sells the same authentic figure for a little less. Paid $48 free shipping and will be receiving in 2-6 business days. Not only did I find it rude that I was cash in hand with the item and I got declined because “someone bought it online” but over pricing as well?! $59.99 at Myth plus taxes vs online and actual retail price? I’ll wait for my order. As of today Myth you have lost my business, my recommendation,...
Read moreThe customer service is non existent. No Hello or help at all. I understand people usually want to be left alone but a simple “may I help you?” goes a long way. Even then asking a question seems like we’re bothering the employees. It just seems like they talk to their regulars or friends very comfortably but it seems as though I have to wait for the conversation to be over in order to get some help or even pay. Sadly in my POV it just seems like plain favoritism. The pricing on some small items or books are ridiculously overpriced which is a bummer cause some of the items are not worth that price.. I have also had a problem with a comic book I wanted preorder but was told by an older man that they would have more than enough copies that it wasn’t worth the preorder and just to come the day of. I go the day of the release and to my surprise they were all gone. I was extremely disappointed cause I insisted in preordering and yet was “reassured” not to. I have not...
