Burger King — Restaurant in McAllen

They are always messing up my order here but this was the most recent as I grew tired of it.

After repeating my order 3 times because apparently they weren't at the register to enter it until half way through the 2nd time repeating it. Despite that, I still received my order wrong. I order my little one a Whopper Jr , plain and dry no cheese. I received it full of mayonnaise and veggies. I went around to let them know and they gave me a new burger. I should have checked before I left but I thought " They messed up, they are certainly going to make sure it's right this time." Wrong, it had no veggie or mayo but was covered in cheese. (Adding cheese to a burger I asked for no cheese is usually the issue I have with this place.) I also wasn't provided the BBQ sauce for the nuggets ordered, despite asking twice. wow the previous reviews were not lying and it's a shame that nothing has been done to correct this. First of all is the customer service, the workers here have no attentiveness at all, it's like someone from the flea market is helping you out. The sad part is that it's from the older personnel, I'd expect this from teenagers, not the adults. now moving onto the food, I have to say it's the worst BK I've been to. The whole burgers were cold, probably sat there for a while. I usuallyliked to visit Burger King, once in a while for the days you just want to treat yourself to an old school taste.But this location has lost its pride in customer service.I just went and realized the times have changed,I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes even though there was only one car in front of us.And we just ordered 2 Whoppers and fries.I live 6 minutes away,by the time we got home we had cold burgers and no fries.Tried calling number on receipt and no luck.You might ask 2.75 not much, but for hard working people it is, specially since it was a date night with my Precious Wife.
