Raquel Perfumes La Original — Attraction in McAllen

We went in there to smell different fragrances and a lady helping us would give us the testers and then after a long while another old lady raised her voice at us saying we won’t be able to smell anymore because there was a “rule” that they can only let you smell 2 to 3 perfumes. And we were not aware of that paper of that “rule” and plus the lady giving us samples didn’t tell us anything either so we were there standing and embarrassed. I would also ask the lady that was giving us samples that we would ask for a question and she didn’t answer it. Yesterday I was treated in the most disrespectful manner by the guy. I was barely half way inside the business not serviced yet. With a loud voice and rude tone he said, do you have a budget? otherwise I don’t know what to show you and you are wasting your time and mine. It wasn’t about the budget, thankfully I can or me spending time asking for multiple sample testing what so ever. Mind you, this was not my first purchase here. It was the fact that i was barely walking in and him being extremely rude and this other two workers doing nothing. "Nunca sabes lo que te venden en otras partes..." the sales people take the same perfume course in McAllen or something. IT IS HILARIOUS. They refuse to compare themselves but ensure to set themselves apart by stating, "you never if the scents the other stores sell you are real, even at the mall". Insert eye roll and scoff.

I had to tell the lady that line was used at every store. She blushed but it is over 100 degrees outside and agitating.
