This review is specific to the strip mall parking lot, entrances and exits, but not a comment on any of the individual stores.
Getting in and out is close to a nightmare. The only traffic light is between the shopping center and Walgreens, but a lot of people enter and exit through the main entrance with no light in front of Publix. Once in the lot, the nightmare does begin. There's a steady stream of people in and our of Publix, which makes it difficult to get from one end of the strip of stores to the other. There are no other cross lanes further back away from the store fronts, so if you choose to avoid the congestion directly in front of Publix, you're stuck dodging incoming and exiting traffic from the highway....

As I was going down the isle, a voice called out to me; "sir, Are you the customer with the parrot, looking for the itsy, bitsy pretzels for him?, I confirmed. We have those in for you now, sir" For him to remember me, what I was looking for and that they were for my parrot is amazing, but for him to be considerate enough to bring it to my attention was amazing and caring. This Publix has great Customer service, however, this Customer service Representative, Julian is a STAR. Keep him Publix, He is quality management material. Please recognize him. He deserves it. Love to go there, everything be so fresh. their fruits, meats, food, soups,😉 breads, delicious ice cream, u name it.
