Color me surprised! This Starbucks was beautiful inside with plenty of comfortable seating. Every employee shouted, “Welcome to Starbucks!” We felt welcome. The woman behind the counter who took my order must’ve been training because she had to ask for help a couple of times, but she was communicative and was eventually able to process my coupon. ($3 medium beverage - what’s up!!) I did have to check and realized she inputted one drink as something else, but it was fine. It got fixed before there had to be some fumbling to correct it or waste anything (maybe shouldn’t have said anything - would’ve saved me money 😆). The young woman making the drinks was super nice and called out drinks as she was making them. I heard her be very friendly with several customers while we sat and enjoyed our beverages. I didn’t use the restroom, but my family did. They said the bathroom was clean but the handwashing station was poorly configured. The hand dryer was at a place that was triggered while washing hands and sprayed the water being used to rinse hands all over the place. Also, no paper towels… I get that it saves money and hopefully reduces waste, but it does cause more germs to spread. I like when there’s a choice - where you can maybe do a little half and half (heh - half and half - coffee - get it??) and use less paper towels and use a dryer after. Anyway - I digress. All in all, a really pleasant surprise on the atmosphere and quality of service, and the comfort and familiarity of standard Starbucks fare is nice. (Used my coupon to try the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew - it was so good!) Read more5 stars for customer service, 4 stars for food and the company in general It's been a long time since I've been able to leave a glowing review for a Starbucks location. I have not been frequenting Starbucks lately. I definitely had issues with customer service, not so much each location, but definitely not a stellar experience. I walked in this Starbucks to get a very simple drink this morning, just some hot tea, first of all it's fully staffed, so there were several people moving about behind the back getting the drinks out for the long line of customers that were in drive-thru. BTW the line moved quickly, obviously because they had a full staff inside. Anyways, I was greeted when I came in by more than one person, when the young lady was making my order another young lady had come over to ask what she could get for me, the assistant manager was physically outside cleaning the baseboards of the windows as well as the windows, as other people were coming in I continuously heard warm welcomes. This location is clean, organized, friendly, it definitely puts me in the feel of the original Starbucks experience where you felt like you wanted to take a seat and enjoy your drink or snack instead of grabbing it to go. this location is further from my home but when I'm over in this area and I am willing to support a Starbucks location, this one will be at the...

I will drive an extra 20 minutes to the next one just to avoid it. I don’t usually leave reviews but one is required after what I just experienced.
The girl at the window was extremely rude and VERY unprofessional.I wasn’t able to locate their name tag because they basically yelled at me, through my drink in my hand and stormed off. I placed a mobile order just like I do every time. It’s never been an issue before today. The app quoted me 4-7 minutes before it was ready. I arrived a few minutes sooner than quoted and was ambushed at the window for showing up too soon. “For future reference, you need to give us 10-15 minutes notice before you show up to get your drink ready!” Her tone of voice and attitude was uncalled for and BEYOND unacceptable. As someone who, also, works in a fast food coffee establishment myself, I know this from my own experience. I would NEVER treat a customer with the amount of hostility I was presented with. I was VERY displeased with my visit. I tried calling the store multiple times to speak to a manager with no answer so I turned to leaving a review here instead.
