This Taco Bell is a disgrace to the concept of decent service and food. Firstly, the woman who took our order in the drive thru couldn’t have been less interested in taking our order, and repeatedly got it wrong so my poor sister had to reorder several times. In the end, she still had our order wrong, but there was a very long line forming behind us and we just had to let it go. We then paid, and were asked to wait at that window for no apparent reason while there were no cars in front of us. Several minutes later, the person behind us was getting upset, so we just continued to the next window. There, we saw our old friend, the apathetic order taker. This time, she just didn’t even bother to speak to us, and we just had to assume that we had everything and leave. Sadly, the story doesn’t end here. We pulled into a nearby parking spot, just to double check that we had everything. And to our dismay, they had forgotten several things in our order, and strangely, doubled some of the items that we had ordered. My sister had to go inside to get napkins, and when she got back out to the car, I had to send her in for her rolled tacos. Only after she had gone inside the second time, did I notice that I was missing my cinnamon twists. I followed my sister inside, and she had been standing there waiting for an employee to decide that she was important enough for two seconds of their time. I went up to the counter and told an employee what we were missing, and he walked away to talk to the other employees and get our missing items. While he was back there, I was shocked and appalled to hear them talking about us, and saying “well, this is what happens when you have a big order.” Now let me be clear, there were only three of us, and we didn’t order that much food, but the woman who took our order got it wrong and nearly doubled the amount of food that we originally intended to order! Now, I’m a pretty reasonable person, and I’ve worked in fast food before, and I understand the struggles, but this experience was the worst Taco Bell experience that I’ve ever had, and I downloaded the app and made an account just to warn people to never come to this Taco Bell, and save themselves a lot of trouble,...
Read moreThis Taco Bell at lake Dow is a very nice Taco Bell to visit. The customer service is always great. They give you your sauces and napkins at the first window and your food at the second window. I always like to order a Mexican pizza meal here the Mexican pizza is always how I like it and has plenty of toppings on the pizza. The food at this Taco Bell is always fresh and it never seems to be cooked in old oil it is always fresh oil as how the food tastes. I do go out of my way to eat at this Taco Bell when I'm looking for a good Taco Bell lunch. There is plenty of parking for this Taco Bell in this area and the parking is wheelchair ♿ accessible. The reason why is it is our favorite Taco Bell to visit is because it has Starbucks and Chick-fil-A all in the same parking lot. Which are two of our other fav places to visit. The traffic can be difficult pulling out so in the back you can go on the back road that leads over to a Publix shopping center where there is a red light that you can use to exit onto the main rodeway. Also just across the street is Heritage Park where you can go and visit a huge acreage of a picnic area, playground, a pavilion to sit under, restrooms and a war...
Read moreSome of us have been eating Taco Bell for decades. I for one know that a Chalupa supreme comes with lettuce and tomato and a taco comes with lettuce. So when ordering the Nacho Fries box and requesting no lettuce or tomato on anything the lady tells me nothing comes with lettuce or tomato. I had her look at the huge photo on the menu advertising the box showing her it has lettuce and tomato. And she told me it does not come with lettuce and tomato. I also wanted to up charge my chicken chalupa to steak and she said she could do that twice and she insured me nothing has lettuce or tomato because tacos and chalupa’s do not come that way. (Is she serious?) I get my food loaded with lettuce, tomato not much meat in taco and the receipt has nothing reflecting how I ordered my food. So when I took the chicken chalupa loaded with lettuce and tomato back to the counter they told me it will be an up charge for the steak which is fine and thought we already ordered it that way. That was...
