The reviews on this mattress place are all spot on. It was not only great to find a place that had a lot of models of reputable online mattresses to try but then Paul (salesman) was amazing to work with. He knows his stuff and not once pressured my wife and I on making a decision. We were between a more expensive Casper (from another store) and a Brooklyn bed from here. Paul gave us info on the Brooklyn and said to just let him know on our decision or if he could help. We left the store to talk about it and ultimately called Paul 2 days later with our decision to go with his Brooklyn. Walking into Beds in a Box, I was greeted by a handsome fella who was quick to have me sold on a mattress, frame and backboard! He is quite the sales man. After walking around and touching a few mattresses, he had me lay on a best selling mattress. Let me tell you it was hard to get up, it was by far the comfiest mattress I’ve ever laid on. I knew by just laying on this mattress I needed it. Then after about 5 minutes of hearing all the extra features the mattress came with , I knew I wasn’t leaving without it! We bought our Puffy Monarch about 2-3 months ago and we love it. It was the best shopping experience we had. We weren’t too sure about going to this store but we are glad we did! Salesman was super professional, didn’t push for anything at all he just wanted to help and without doing anything we ended up buying the most expensive mattress which was not the plan but we are glad we did.
