The Kilted Kiln-Meadville — Attraction in Meadville

Absolutely wonderful time! The owner is awesome! The selection on items to be able to sit and paint is out of this world. Prices are amazing as well. So far we've actually gone twice in the last month once I took a group of girl scouts and they have actually begged to go back so we have another group event to go back in the fall so that we can paint something else. And since it was such a hit with my older girl scouts we actually will be going back again with my younger girl scouts. But we went today for my daughter's birthday just the two of us and it was just a great experience. So if you're looking for something fun to do with pretty much any age I highly recommend and if you need a date night great opportunity as well there for you. We will be using this a lot in the future especially for Christmas gifts because now that we're running out of ideas for grandparents, aunts, uncles, and godparents I think that this is such a great opportunity for us to give a gift that's literally from us...

Great time for the family. I wasn’t sure how my kids would like this since they’re older (10&12), but we had a blast. The owner spent 5 minutes giving us an overview of the supplies, types of paints as well as techniques. There are a ton of things to pick from and for all abilities - simple statues or cups to very intricate designs. We spent an enjoyable three and a half hours painting our picks and my kids didn’t fight once- truly an amazing experience! Pete, the owner, was very sociable with us all. Also, he tidys up everything when you’re done. Moms you’re reading this correctly- you don’t have to clean up after your kids, they will do it for you with a smile! A great addition to Meadville and a fun time for a family outing or just to have some quiet ‘me’ time...

The kilted kiln is a treasured place nestled in downtown Meadville. My two daughters and I love going there. It’s relaxing and the hours fly by. We went there once 1 1/2 hours before closing. After painting, we realized it was a half hour after closing. We quickly finished and apologized to the owner who had no worries or concerns. He was so wonderful to us. Turn around time is just a few days and it’s always so neat to see how our pieces turn out. I cannot express how much I love this place.
