I always went to get a special gift engraved for years. I will not be going again. End of July took something in to get engraved Older women waited on me. She was pleasent. Helped me with what to buy on my gift I was having done. I asked what the price was. She told me .15 cents per letter and I said ok,she asked when I wanted it, I said as soon as it can get. She put on slip ASAP. Well I went done there once and call once finally received Aug.18th. paid for it and left. Then I thought about the price and realized the price didn't add up. Took back to store to ? The owner said that was the price. I figured ithe price as $6 plus tax. No he told me 45 cent a letter and a $15 service charge . I explained that's not what was told to me when I brought my gift in. He showed me that on the wall the sign which was covered up and said he guaranteed his employer didn't tell me the other price and I said she did. He basically said Well if I don't like it I don't have to come back. Well he doesn't have to worry I won't go back. But Lil does he know I am involved with 3 bowling leagues and I will be letting the leagues know how the owner treated my issue. Apparently they don't know what they're doing. And they don't want good customer business. Beware I paid more for 31 letters on a gift, the gift was cheaper then the wording I got on the gift it's self....

Delightful little shop in downtown Meadville, with many unique and interesting items! Great place to pick up a gift or some unique little treasure for yourself. Also, the owner does a lot of engraving. Additionally, he is very supportive of other local, small businesses, so if he doesn't have what you had in mind, he can probably guide you to someone who does. I highly recommend a visit...
