This is for my wonderful, kind customers. I always strive to be welcoming and kind, greeting everyone when they enter and leave, whether they purchase or not, as can be seen through previous reviews. This was about two young pre-teen boys who entered, and when I tried to greet them, they rudely looked at me and ran off by themselves into the store, which is concerning. As I called, “boys” their mother entered and questioned my request attempting to defend their behavior by expounding upon their volunteer work and grades, etc. I remained quiet as this was irrelevant and only expressed my concern because she asked. They then ran out of the shop at which time I said goodbye. I never even had a conversation with them, and I certainly was never rude to them as they were to me. This was an unfortunate event, and mom only taught the young men to lie instead of respect. Two individuals who were in the shop at the time had the same reaction. This to say, visit us and feel confident you will be treated with respect and kindness and realize that, unfortunately, not everyone has the same...
