I found 3 items within 30 minutes that were outdated, (again), and 2 of the prices were wrong on the label, verses register scan. AGAINā¼ļø Same thing happened to me 3 months ago & thatās why Iām here for a ZERO STAR review. I stopped using this Target about 3 years ago. The only thing I like is their blue chip, by there brand ⦠with flaxseed. āTHATS ITā! Itās a great chip!
I was not @ this store for about 3 years when I went 1 time in 2022. āThe same damn chipā was expired then, so I knew to look AGAIN in Feb. 2023ā¼ļø I also purchased a powdered energy drink, expired alsoā¼ļø Had to go back and return it. Now in February 2023, grabbed a vitamin it was expired by 4 months. āSame damn blue chipā with flaxseed expired by 2 months, 3 bags sitting there. They pulled them to the front, hoping someone would buy them, and stocked the better dates BEHIND. That truck ādoes notā work with me. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAnybody else having serious trouble with Medina Target today? We had a drive up, the app didn't work to say we were on our way so we called guest services 7 times. It would not go through and once we were hung up onstead of someone answering. Then I finally got through to "all other departments " and the fitting room person wouldn't listen to me. I was trying to explain that we were having issues with the guest services department and its like she couldn't understand that THAT was WHY we used the "all other departments" option. We didn't accidently get ahold of her.
Finally we get through to guest services and when they came out they said our order was under "PICKUP" but literally every single item is under "DRIVE UP". Don't act like we made a mistake. We were trying to fix the issue with the app by calling to make your job easier.

Cashiers and attendants have previously manually adjusted the prices for me while saying "the store hasn't gotten around to updating that item yet." For months. Until today. I had 2 separate items that rang up as more expensive and the attendant REFUSED to adjust the prices. I asked twice why they were different and why she wasn't honoring the shelf prices. Shrug. "That's not how they rang up." This is theft. Lying (for months) about prices and hoping customers don't notice is theft. Inflation is bad, but who is really hurting here? The people with budgets, trying to account for every cent, trying to make good decisions? Or the corporate giant who is lying about prices to steal everything they can and then denying it to your face when you try to call...
