Needed a good set of tires for my truck. The customer service personnel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! Helped me get the size and style that worked best for my needs! Great service! Buttt.... they don't tell you anything about them requiring your vehicle to pass an inspection, done by Van's Tires, which may or not give your vehicle the OK to have the tires mounted??? Which you already paid on. Plus a week to 10 days to get your refund back! Not to mention. I was just inspected by a mechanic, to W.Va standards! Which check the front end thoroughly ! And it was fine! So be careful if you go this route! Opinions apparently lean to costing you more...

We were in a awful position we just moved and te first night we had to sleep on our box spiring of our bed let me tell you uncomfortable we both decided that we couldn't go wrong with the store in Medina, we were so happy to see a friendly face on the other side of the counter ready to help and end our misery Will went out of his way to make sure that we didn't have to sleep,without a matress. Will, you were a friend and my helping Angel the other day Thank you!!!!!!!

Spoke with someone at the Medina location named Robert. He got upset with me and started raising his voice at my frustration. I was frustrated because I have called for 5 days now waiting on them to take my Tv and repair it (at my expense, of course) and I keep getting...we forgot. When I stated “ you can’t forget something that I call about everyday.” He began to raise his voice & yell at me. I will never give them my business again, 10/10 recommend going...
