In short, these guys rock! With the $100 or so it takes to replace a cracked display on an iPhone, and only a little higher to replace those on the iPads, I discontinued my insurance with AT&T which at the time continued to have the deductible on their insurance at $200, and then with claims limited by Assurion for a certain number of times each year (it is my understanding that AT&T has dropped these prices since I dropped them in order to remain competive). And then Francisco’s teams will have you fixed up and ready to go out of the door always within about 30 minutes, although they are always done by the time I swing back by after running a few errands or having something to eat next door. In addition, their expertise is not limited to Apple products and/or “handhelds,” as I have had them do complete rebuilds on Windows-based laptops, as well as my Apple Netbook, and replace batteries and other components as well. And finally, they are just as adept in repairing you Android-based gadgets, and have had them replace both the battery packs as well as replace cracked displays on my older Samsung-based tablets. These guys are the “real deal, and they repair it all, and in my opinion, at a very low price as well.
If you want it done well with quality parts fast and inexpensively, these are the guys to see.

Read moreI went in to fix my iphone X screen. Got the market price which was the cheapest in town. I dropped of like 2pm and picked up at 7:45pm and they close at 8:00pm that day. Everything looked good. When I get phone 8:05pm, I realize Face Id did not work 100% and was getting an error message when I tried not set it up again, I called at 8:06pm (showed them proof of the call the next day) but they were closed.
Next day I go there and I tell them the problem and they will do a free diagnostics for the iphone. When I go pickup, apparently there was water in the face id area. Manager let me know there was nothing they could do as they dont know how water got in the iphone. I told them I got home and immediately called them and showed them the call i made at 8:06pm and it wasnt even raining.
Dont know how water go there, I just know I went in with a full functioning iphone (they tested it completely before handing it in even the face id.) and when I got my phone back, face id didnt work. I know water didnt get in there in my ride home or in the 1 minute I was at home. They showed me a picture of the water in the phone. Nothing they can do.
I didnt give them one star because the screen is working properly and the screen replacement was good.
Just make sure you check your phone 100% when you...
Read moreI came in on Saturday to get my battery replaced. Was told 2 hours. Received a phone call being told they broke my phone and that the replacement part won't be in till Tuesday. Luckily I had a spare phone, the battery was dead and they gave me a loaner battery. If they couldn't do that we would have been talking about replacing my phone on their dime, because they broke it. The individual I was working with that day (Saturday) was kind, helpful and thankfully had a battery. No problem. When I came to pick my phone up I brought a new battery with me and figured since they had to remove the loaner if they could just put the new battery in, or just take the new one for the inconvenience of breaking my phone and having me wait 4 days instead of 2 hours. The individual that was helping me today said NO can't take the battery as a trade. I said since you are taking yours out and it is open can you put the one I have in? No, they would have to charge me and he proceeded to tell me that they should not have lent me a battery. Unbelievable. So basically how it could have gone down is like this. I bring my battery for replacement, but they break my phone, and too bad I am stuck without a phone for 4 days, and nothing they can/will do. That is BAD customer service. Next time, I will go...
