Friday I walked in and was acknowledged right way. He told me about the juice that they make there so I chose one and he went to go make it. He comes back with it but I see my tank for sale so I wanted to get another one to just have. So I'm ready to check out and he tells me "I'm going to go help them" and I kind of just shook it off and was like he will just be a minute... so anyways 5 min later they choose their pod (I'm guessing there purchase may have been higher then my 45 dollar purchase I was going to make) and I'm sitting there thinking "oh he will just call me over to check me out. Noppppppeeeeeeeee he checks them out before me even though I had been sitting there with the items I wanted to purchase more then 5 minutes. I couldn't believe it! I was shocked to be honest (I've never been treated like that ANYWHERE in my LIFE!) BUDDY PLEASE TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE 101. Thank you

Okay then you write me back talking about how it gets busy. It wasn't busy I was the only customer there and I COMPLETED my order and then he went to the next people that walked in after me without doing payment for my stuff. I repeat he stopped servicing me so that he can go help some else that was still looking around. I had my entire order Ready and done and all i had to do was pay. Your trying to justify something that just cant be justified sorry that's life. You guys were NOT busy at ALL. OK? GREAT THANKS you should probably figure it out because it's a problem and your losing money...

My five star review was made possible by the many other positive reviews for Beach Side Vapors. Getting back into vape, we needed some assistance navigating the myriad mod options as well as a bit of a refresher on some of the finer details. The other reviews said that THIS was the place to go. So we did.

When you read that this place has good customer service, I say, that is an understatement. The gentleman with the magnificent beard went above and beyond to help us. He was patient, knowledgeable and genial. When we left with our purchases, we felt like we had a much better understanding of vaping. We felt that we now had the right product, and we were very happy with our choice of e-juice from their house line.

The prices are very reasonable and they carry a ton of options on mods, tanks, e-juices and from what I could see, parts if you ever needed to assemble one from scratch during an apocalypse. The store also has pretty much everything else one might want if they smoke things that are not vape related as well, but as I did not explore that in detail, I will just say that it looked comprehensive. If you need vape stuff (or smoking stuff in general) I would have you stop in here first and save yourself a lot of time, they really know what...

I literally drive 22 minutes to get here from the Beach, passing countless numbers of other vape shops without issue. Gladly, I will pass those shops every time because the variety of selection is top notch. Not to mention, the customer service is far above average. It’s clear they not only enjoy their job but the customers as well. Always highly knowledgeable and can assist with any and all questions. This is a store with such variety, not to mention novelty sex items, plenty of glass (seriously SO MUCH glass) and the in house flavor secretion for homemade vape juice. We are talking 1000s of flavors, i am not kidding- literally 1000s of flavors so anything you can dream of they will make from their Willy Wonka-esque lab. Thank you especially to Joel and Will for always taking the time to explain or even just shoot the shit. My sister and i are lifers.

update this in the ONLY store in the area that carries Lost Vape brand mods and pods. I’m obsessed with the Ursa 2 and the Thelema mod. They are super cute and have great ease of use.
