Katydid Flowers — Attraction in Mendon

Katydid Flowers was the florist for our wedding located at the Grand View in Mendon, MA and they was more than amazing and beyond accommodating. My husband and I had a hiccup in our wedding plans - long story short, Hurricane Irma destroyed our U.S.V.I wedding venue 6 weeks before our wedding, leaving us little time to re-plan. Finding Katydid Flowers and booking them on such short notice was truly a blessing. Katydid Flowers is professional, punctual, organized, easy to work with and as mentioned above, extremely accommodating. We gave them no real direction, aside from some Pinterest pictures and they completely nailed our wedding inspiration – from the centerpieces to the headpiece our flower girl wore (and loved), everything was perfect! Katydid Flowers provided the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, flower girl headpiece, flower girl basket & flowers, centerpieces and two large flower pots for our ceremony. I also had some pendants added to my bouquet (last minute) and there was no fuss about it, they worked with us and everything turned out beautifully. I don’t even know where to begin! These ladies, from start to finish, were an absolute pleasure to work with! They made the whole process so easy. Planning a wedding is no easy task so their help with one of the most important aspects, the flowers, was a huge help and weight off my shoulders. When we first met I gave Kim a run down of what I wanted, we discussed some alternate options that would work better and she exceeded my expectations! We hired Katydid for our wedding flowers and my mom also hired them for my shower flowers. The flowers were beautiful and everything was exactly what we wanted! Our wedding was at Grand View so we were also able to rent their big flower urns to have outside for our ceremony and inside during the reception. These were so great to have!

It was great meeting with Kim and being able to explain my vision. She offered helpful suggestions and was not afraid to give her opinion! They executed everything perfectly and everything was all setup and waiting for us when I arrived on the day of the wedding. The only hiccup was that 3 bracelet/corsages were improperly labeled so we thought we were missing those but then I realized and we were all good! Pricing was also reasonable comparatively.
