I don’t have a google account so I’m using my husband’s to leave a review about Emily! The spa itself is very clean and relaxing with friendly staff. However, I have not utilized their services other than Emily for massages. I’ve been seeing her regularly for deep tissue, deep stretching and craniosacral therapy - to say she is amazing is an understatement! Emily is extremely knowledgeable in all her areas of expertise - you can ask her literally any question about it and she will know exactly how to explain it to you and guide you through it so it makes sense especially for someone like me who isn’t familiar with any of it. One thing that really stood out to me over other people I’ve seen in the past is the time she takes to understand your individual needs and to give you tools, tips and tricks to take home with you. I also didn’t feel pressured to make more appointments or like my time was being rushed which both things made me want to come back. I tend to have questions after my sessions and she really takes the time to answer them thoroughly rather than making me feel like I need to hurry out so she can prepare for her next client - this is huge because we want to feel like our business is valued not just a number.

Not only is Emily very knowledgeable but she is an absolute joy to be around - her energy is unmatched and she uses that powerful positive energy to tune into your body’s needs to ensure you’re getting the most out of your sessions. She has a true gift of being able to read her clients’ energy and body language meaning she can have the best conversation with you if that’s what you want or she can give you a nice quiet, relaxing session if that’s what you need. For me, I opt to have a quiet session while being worked on but for a lively conversation afterwards. It always ends with laughter and me leaving much happier and lighter than when I came in. On Friday morning I treated myself to a Platinum Facial with Angela at Wink Salon & Spa, and it was an absolutely extraordinary experience! I arrived with skin that felt dry and tired, and left with the kind of healthy glow you usually only see after a vacation.

This wasn’t just a facial — it was a full transformation. Angela’s expertise shone through every step: a soothing lymphatic drainage massage, gentle yet thorough cleansing, exfoliation, deep extractions, intense hydration, a customized anti-aging ampoule, a hydrogel mask, and LED light therapy. I even added the hand and foot treatments, which were pure bliss.

Having had monthly facials for nearly 40 years, I can honestly say this was the best I’ve ever experienced. Angela’s touch is the perfect balance of clinical skill and spa relaxation — so much so that I actually drifted off mid-treatment, something that rarely happens for me!

I was hoping to love this place. I am new to the area and was looking for a new regular spa for massages and facials. My first appointment about 3 months ago was very nice - I had a signature facial. I decided to make a second appointment for today for another facial and a back facial. The service was nice. As I was checking out I decided to purchase a gift card for a friend of mine so she could also get a massage and facial. As we were transacting, I realized the time. My appointments started at 9am. Each service is supposed to be 60 minutes long. I was already dressed and checking out at 10:30am - I had been shafted a full 30 minutes. I asked the receptionist and she just awkwardly smiled. I asked if there is anything she can do to address the situation and she said she’s sorry but she’s not the boss. Absolutely terrible customer service. I decided not to purchase the gift card here and will take my business elsewhere. If I’m spending $250+ to treat myself, I expect to have the full service.
