Elevated Exotics Recreational Cannabis Dispensary Menominee — Attraction in Menominee

I have been heavily debating making this review but my experience at Elevated Exotics was the worst dispensary experience I've ever had. I understand it's 420 weekend and maybe I just caught someone on a bad day but it was truly insufferable. I went here because it only has 5 star ratings (which also makes me feel bad to give 1 star) but I very much so had a 1 star experience.

First thing that was very noticeable was how hot it was in there. Maybe it was too many people or something but when I left I was sweating through my clothes. But what really was unpleasant was the employee we were matched up with. My gf and I looked at some options online before we came in but did not make an order ahead of time because I like to ask questions and make decisions from there. It seemed like the girl helping us was completely ignoring what we were saying. Every time we asked for a certain product she would either bring something completely different over or just ignore our questions like they were inconvenient to her. We asked what kind of carts come with the deals and she just said, "I don't know". We gave up on the carts because it was obvious she didn't know what we were looking for. So I decided I would just get the flower I asked for but when I got to the register my total was much more than I anticipated. I thought, maybe cuz of tax? I asked her the tax and it did not add up to the total amount at all. So I asked her why it was so expensive and she proceeded to tell me that she grabbed the more expensive ounce instead of the one I asked for. Her reasoning was "oh, that one got stolen" after I had just been holding it in my hand minutes earlier. So we just decided to walk out..

The whole experience caused my gf and I a lot of stress and anxiety. Something you shouldn't be experiencing at a dispensary. Like I said, maybe she was having a bad day, but she was very unwilling to answer any questions we had and was literally 0 help when it came to anything having to do with the process. I understand that people only seem to be having good experiences here but ours was far from that. Easily a 1 star.

That being said, We went down to fire station and got served immediately, treated with tons of respect, and all of our questions were answered with kindness and a smile. Safe to say I'll never return to...

First time coming to this location , my family has came so so many times & recommended it , finding out at the window we had noticed a QR code on the wall near the window for a free 8th if we give a google review, the gentleman with the big black earrings interfered and said “you have to buy some shit first before you get shit free” of course we know this it’s on the printed paper of the QR code it states $10 minimum , I was not sure if the gentleman thought we weren’t going to buy or purchase .. I disliked if he just assumed we weren’t coming here to buy something or what of our (PARTY) of different races .. but we are scanning ID’s already ready to enter.. when even noticing all of your other advertisements around the QR code .. I personally did not understand how or why he was upset about ELEVATED QR’S CODE to leave a good review … & just assuming was rough cause I dident drive several hours to get anything free … but it’s a bonus it I can easily do a google review . but I wasent pleased with the gentleman scanning us in , either bad day or good day , treat people and everyone with respect! I honestly wanted to leave a 1 star but huge shout out to the lady & other gentleman last night for helping us with our purchases 💯 7/15...

I usually just do a drive through wherever it’s most economical but with the first timer 30% off I couldn’t pass it up and went inside! Christina greeted me but became a little nervous because I blurted out that I wanted an OG cuz I had lots of questions lol it was her second day. They hooked me up with Brandon and Kiley assisted too with recommendations (that have been very outstanding) while Christina helped and trained. Just a very fun pleasant shopping experience with folks who UNDERSTAND! With price point being fabulous (I wanted trim for butter was super cheap!) Some great recommended gummies I’ve LOST 🤦‍♀️ too.
