Read more**September 2020 update. Haven’t been in since before pandemic began. Wanted to pick up a few things. I was the only customer, the two employees were not wearing masks. There is a sign on the door but I wasn’t able to read it quickly as it is in small font. I will no longer be going to Total Health. I felt the staff was disrespectful to their customers by not wearing masks, at the very least within close proximity to customers.
GREAT SERVICE! Very knowledgeable staff. Have been going there on a monthly/ bi-monthly basis for almost 2 years now.
Great knowledge, awesome customer service, large variety of quality products, if I didn't already see an integrated health doctor I'd be going to them. Fantastic place to go for a large variety of health issues.
A little pricey but you are also paying for the knowledge that comes with it. Class was good but a lot of info I knew already, it was sales pitchy. Coupons expire WAY to quickly, as a working mom I don't have time to come in on a specific week to purchase something.
^ Wish they would hold more classes with more details, I'd even pay a small fee to go if the topics changed on a regular basis. Also, let the info sell the service, provide the contact info but don't push it. I was put off by that and would have been more willing to purchase a service if I didn't feel forced and awkward walking past all the sales people on my way out.
Overall - I recommend Total Health. I'm happy to support the natural/ holistic health approach that is surrounded by helping people recover for illness and prevention vs getting into a never ending cycle of prescription meds that have dire consequences in...
Read morewent in for something we have purchased once before, and at first was greeted very friendly and i presume the owner helped me find what i was looking for. not till i got home did i notice my receipt was more than double the price marked. i returned to ask about difference, it turns out the price tag was wrong. that is when (again i presume) the owner turned from friendly to irate. "we won't be in business very long if we keep this up" then to me "if YOU are going to hold me to it, i guess we will adjust your charge" is what i heard. As i waited, he pulled all the items from the shelf and slammed them on the back counter, as well as slamming a box with the price gun in it. This is the same guy who was overly friendly while helping me earlier??? Then, rather than refund and re-ring item, they guessed at what i supposed to get back, and if i didn't do the math it would have been less than what was owed. I should have just said give me another (of the item purchased) and we will call it even but figured it best to keep my mouth shut with the reaction i got from something that was marked wrong. i was made to feel like this was my fault. so price marked wrong or not - "if you treat all your customers that way - THEN you will be out of business" -- btw -- looked online for same item and found it cheaper anyway -- sorry YOU...
