EVIL FEELINGS AND A LIAR...HE REMINDS ME OF DAVID CORESH.. HIM .. HIS WIFE....AND THE ELDERLY WOMEN EMPLOYEES...TREAT INDIANS..OR...PUERTO RICANS...OR.. AFRICAN AMERICANS...ANYONE OTHER THAN WHITE PEOPLE ARE TREATED UNFAIRLY....HOW ???YOU ASK???? ALRIGHT I WILL ANSWER THAT QUESTION HONESTLY.. THIS OVER PRICED OVER STOCKED JOKE OF A HEALTH STORE WILL LITERALLY TELL A PAYING CUSTOMER THEY CAN'T GET DISCOUNTS OR A SALE PRICE FOR THEIR PURCHASE EVEN IF THEY HAVE THE STORES LITTLE DISCOUNT PROGRAM. JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE OF ANY OTHER SKIN TONE THAN SO CALLED WHITE...THEY PRICE GOUGE CONSTANTLY..THE STUFF THEY SALE IS OVER PRICED..COMPARE THEIR PRICES TO GNC SAME PRODUCTS..OR HEALTH HUT..OR EVEN WALMART...FOR EXAMPLE.....TAKE LILY OF THE DESERT ALOE VERA GEL...ALOE VERA JUICE...ALL THEIR ITEMS ARE OVER PRICED...BUT TOWARDS PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT WHITE...THE PREJUDICES THEY GIVE IS ABDOMINAL....WE HAD BEEN SHOPPING THIS PLACE SINCE THE EARLY 2000S...THEY WERE LOCATED DOWN THE STREET FROM WHERE THEY ARE NOW..THEY WERE BIGGOTS THEN..AND THEY ARE BIGGOTS NOW...I SAW ALONG WITH OTHER NORMAL THINKING CUSTOMERS THEM BE RUDE TO OTHER RACES BY BEING PLAN RUDE.. ARROGANT...OR BY TAKING EVERYONE ON THE LINE THAT WAS WHITE INFRONT OF A DIFFERENT RACED PERSON ...TIL A CAUCASIAN LADY INFRONT OF ME SAID..."AYE..YOUR BEING RACIST THIS MAN WAS ON LINE BEFORE ANY OF US..RING HIS ORDER OUT NOW"...THE CASHIER WITH MAJOR ATTITUDE..RELUCTANTLY DID..I HAVE SEEN THEM AS LATE AS TODAY 10-17-18 OVER CHARGE A INDIAN WOMAN ALMOST $45.00 OVER A PRODUCT SHE WAS PURCHASING AND THE OWNER TOLD THE CASHIER WHEN SHE SAID TO THE INDIAN WOMAN LET ME LOOKUP YOUR NAME FOR YOU DISCOUNT..THAT MAN ) OWNER CHRISTAN TOLD HER THE WOMAN WASN'T GETTING A DISCOUNT..AND CHARGED THAT WOMAN $70.00...SHE KNEW SHE WAS BEING MISTREATED AND OVER CHARGED..LIKE..HONESTLY HERE IS THE CAVEAT.. I WAS PURCHASING THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT AND ..HE THIS OWNER CHRISTIAN GOES "THE ITEM WAS ON SALE" I SAYS "NO IT'S NOT " .YOU JUST TOLD THIS LADY..(BY THE WAY THE REGISTERS 2 of them ARE SIDE BY SIDE) BEFORE I COULD FINISH..THIS OWNER EVIL MAN SAID.."AND WITH YOUR DISCOUNT YOU WILL GET AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT"...SO ONCE IN MY CAR AND LOOKING AT THE INDIAN WOMAN WHO WAS OVER CHARGED GETTING IN HER CAR SHAKING HER HEAD...AND MADE TO FEEL LESS THAN...MY HEART BROKE AND MY RIGHT MIND OPENED..I DON'T WANT ANYTHING ELSE FROM TOTAL HEALTH...THE NEW BERLIN STORE EITHER..YOU HAVE JUST LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER OF 18 YEARS..PLUS ALL OF MY 40 FAMILY MEMBERS AND ALL OF OUR FRIENDS THAT USE TO SHOP HERE....I HATE THAT THESE PEOPLE WERE EVER GIVEN ONE RED CENT OF MY MONEY...CHRISTAIN AND WIFE I SEE YOU GUYS DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH TAKING GREEN MONEY...YOU LOVE GREEN MONEY. I PRAY TO JEHOVAH IN JESUS' NAME FOR MERCY ON YOUS... **September 2020 update. Haven’t been in since before pandemic began. Wanted to pick up a few things. I was the only customer, the two employees were not wearing masks. There is a sign on the door but I wasn’t able to read it quickly as it is in small font. I will no longer be going to Total Health. I felt the staff was disrespectful to their customers by not wearing masks, at the very least within close proximity to customers.

GREAT SERVICE! Very knowledgeable staff. Have been going there on a monthly/ bi-monthly basis for almost 2 years now.

Great knowledge, awesome customer service, large variety of quality products, if I didn't already see an integrated health doctor I'd be going to them. Fantastic place to go for a large variety of health issues.

A little pricey but you are also paying for the knowledge that comes with it. Class was good but a lot of info I knew already, it was sales pitchy. Coupons expire WAY to quickly, as a working mom I don't have time to come in on a specific week to purchase something.

^ Wish they would hold more classes with more details, I'd even pay a small fee to go if the topics changed on a regular basis. Also, let the info sell the service, provide the contact info but don't push it. I was put off by that and would have been more willing to purchase a service if I didn't feel forced and awkward walking past all the sales people on my way out.

Overall - I recommend Total Health. I'm happy to support the natural/ holistic health approach that is surrounded by helping people recover for illness and prevention vs getting into a never ending cycle of prescription meds that have dire consequences in...

went in for something we have purchased once before, and at first was greeted very friendly and i presume the owner helped me find what i was looking for. not till i got home did i notice my receipt was more than double the price marked. i returned to ask about difference, it turns out the price tag was wrong. that is when (again i presume) the owner turned from friendly to irate. "we won't be in business very long if we keep this up" then to me "if YOU are going to hold me to it, i guess we will adjust your charge" is what i heard. As i waited, he pulled all the items from the shelf and slammed them on the back counter, as well as slamming a box with the price gun in it. This is the same guy who was overly friendly while helping me earlier??? Then, rather than refund and re-ring item, they guessed at what i supposed to get back, and if i didn't do the math it would have been less than what was owed. I should have just said give me another (of the item purchased) and we will call it even but figured it best to keep my mouth shut with the reaction i got from something that was marked wrong. i was made to feel like this was my fault. so price marked wrong or not - "if you treat all your customers that way - THEN you will be out of business" -- btw -- looked online for same item and found it cheaper anyway -- sorry YOU...
