Recently, a client of our company inquired as to our ability to set up a joint company training session on very short notice. I contacted Digital One at noon on Friday with the request to find out if was possible to have them supply 17 laptops, download the necessary training software, package up the labptops, and guarantee an out of state delivery to our branch office for the training session to be held the following Tuesday. To complicate matters the training software would only run on the older Mircosoft XP operating system. Also the shipment in order to be meet the required delivery date required that it had to be taken to our local FEDX distribution center for processing.
