Subway — Restaurant in Mentor

I hadn't eaten at a Subway in many many years as the choices in sub shops is abundant and the quality of Subway was at the bottom. With the revamping of their menu and technology real reason a gift card I decided to give it a try and downloaded the app. Do not use the app if you have a gift card. My 4 sub order was $52 I entered my $20 gift card into the app and tried to pay. The app will only let you use one payment type so I couldn't place the order and use the card and gift card so I drove to the store where the kid behind the counter says " Yeah the app sucks I don't know what to tell you." I explain I'm now running late and just pay with my credit card and send the order through the app. They start making my subs and 5 people come in while I'm waiting there they set my subs aside and start making everyone else's Subs! So I ask the waterhead did you stop making my subs and make all there's while I'm standing here waiting? He got really snotty and said I'm doing all that I can dude!
