Just came here and was spoken to so disrespectfully. I used to work in fast food so i understand how it can be frustrating at times, but i never talked to customers this way. “Samantha M” was my cashier on my receipt. When I pulled into the drive thru I was very patient and said please and thank you, and she barked at me. I said “Can I please have a VEGGIE Mexican pizza” then I got a taco. She asked me to repeat myself 2 times. Then I saw on the screen the Mexican pizza didn’t say veggie. I politely said “Oops that pizza is supposed to be veggie” she barked at me and said “YOU DIDNT SAY THAT” I could hear her sigh and basically roll her eyes. She rushed me through without confirming I wanted anything else just said “pull up” usually they ask if you want anything else or any sauce?? After pulling away with my food, I noticed my Mexican pizza had half a teaspoon of beans on it, not the normal amount. I then pulled back around and was told that I needed to come inside to have them remake it and she was so rude. The only reason I came to this location was because the one around the corner from me is undergoing renovations. I will NOT be back to this Taco Bell. Read moreMust have been closed mid-day and forgot to lock up. I went there 2/23 for lunch at noon, and there were 2 employees hiding in the back behind the equipment. I thought they were busy with something, so I thought nothing of it. I looked over the menu and waited patiently for someone to take my order. Nobody came after about 4 or 5 minutes. I moved around to try and get their attention without saying anything, and I saw that they were literally sitting there playing on their phones. So I left. I would have said something, but decided not to because I thought they'd mess with my food. Edit: forgot to say that their "self-serve" Kiosk had some error on it, so I couldn't even order from that if I wanted to.
I wouldn't mind waiting if there was a hold up, or if they were busy with something... but sitting there playing on their phones right next to each other???? Also note that there were only 2 other cars in the lot, which I assumed were theirs. They were parked in the spots right across the entrance, not even in the back where employees should be parking. Read moreI previously rated this place five stars. Never again. This is the worst Taco Bell in Mentor (go to any of the other three locations because this one is not worth your time). The drive thru takes FOREVER, especially at night, and the employees are RUDE. One night over the summer I realized I had spent over 25 minutes in the drive thru line (from pulling in to finally getting my food and leaving). The one good thing I can say is they have (amazingly) yet to mess up my order, but I no longer trust the employees here because they strike me as the kind of people who would take out their frustrations on customers. I used to work in fast food, so I know the job is stressful, but their lack of professionalism is astonishing.
