I live in sheboygan county and this was the closest real butcher i could find that didnt get thier meat from other states . And accually has gras fed gras finished beef. And let me tell you its the first time in years ive had a real chuck roast so tender aft 8 hours of crock pot that it was like it melted into umani bliss in my mouth. First time visit to Foxtown Heritage Meats and was impressed at the variety of sausages and other types of fare they offered. A nice clean and bright environment with a very attentive team working behind the counter We just picked up a couple of the Hungarian Sausages as well as the spicy Italian which definitely were spicy but good.
