North Italian Home Club — Attraction in Meriden

I rented their hall for stag which I paid for and booked it months.in advance. They called me at 5pm the day before and said I had to find someplace else because there was a double booking for a wedding. They didn't even seem to care. I had to find another hall that night which costed a lot more, contact 80 people to give them the new address and then cook all the food at home since the hall that was available didn't have a kitchen. Costed me a lot more money and I was told by the other hall that I was the forth person recently who called them with the same issue....

I would have gave them no stars but not an option.. This establishment is horrible and does not care about their community. Their level of customer service and compassion for their customers is poor and no one should use this establishment for any of their needs. Let them stick to their regulars because anyone else that tries to bring them business, they don't care for any way. Had our daughter's baby shower here last weekend and we had a blast! Hall is plenty big enough as we had 10 round tables and 8+ per table. Plus if you bring your alcohol someone comes in and serves so it doesn't get out of control. We had Sue and she was phenomenal. So helpful help this in the kitchen.
