When I saw the sign up for this place I said "FINALLY" a place in Meriden (Middlefield side) that will offer legit pizza. Bf and I got the mozzarella sticks appetizer and the large buffalo chicken pizza. I am not usually a fan of blue cheese but I was reassured (correctly so) that the blu cheese was barely detectable. This pizza has Balkin/Montenegrin influence, not New Haven style (so just something to be aware of)! INSANE flavors and cheese pulls! Portions were satisfactory. Only small downside was that they do not have tap water and thus charge for bottled water. Came out with leftovers and will be back again for more!!

As a NY’er I 100% approve this pizza , I believe they are new but have certainly earned their stars. I wish I took photos but we devoured the food. They DO have garlic knots you just have to ask bc I didn’t see them on the menu. I think the key to replicating a good NY pizza is the cheese but also everyone says CT has the best pizza , debatable BUT brasa bellas it certainly up there with great pizza. Read moreWent and got a Buffalo chicken Pizza, a meatball sub and some garlic knots. The Buffalo chicken Pizza and the garlic knots were very good. The meatball sub was not the best I've ever had but it was far from disappointing and my wife enjoyed it. The Service was good the guy who took care of me was friendly. Even as I waited for the garlic knots to finish he made sure not to make me feel like he about me or my order and checked in. I didn't eat inside so I can't fairly judge the atmosphere but from what I could see from the front I wouldn't mind sitting in next time. Definitely recommend giving it a try...
