This place is absolutely wonderful. There's so much to do and see, we probably only saw a quarter of the place. But my son also has a bit of train obsession right now so that's mostly why. Right as you walk into the museum there's a table full of magnetic trains and a mock steam train for kids to play in and explore. He even had to ring the bell one more time before we left. He found the brain and the ambulance interesting and kept going between those and the train, but there is so much more.....a plane to climb in, a water flow table with a seat for smaller children, a market and restaurant, a science/activity area, and lots more my child decided wasn't for him lol. Outside has a fun mini creek for the kids to splash in plus a huge sand box, an outdoor garden and bubble station, a maze of fun doors with information signs all over. This is a great place to just go and spend the day with the kids and let them run freely while having loads of fun. I will definitely be looking into booking this place for my son's...
Read moreIt is a blessing to have a new children's museum in town. I have a 5 yr old who loves it. So does my 1 yr old but I do wish they had more stations for small toddlers. Also, I feel there should be an adjustment for price for little ones, like 2 and under, especially if they are not able to play in all the areas like older children. Otherwise, we enjoy visits there, especially in the hot weather, giving us an...
Read moreWe took our 6 yr old. I give it a 3 star review. Though the building is very nice, this place is lacking…There is only a snack/vending area with very little space to snack with only kid sized chairs in the vending area and no napkins available for a spill, etc. They need a cafe like the Jackson Museum has. They should allow you to at least drink your water or drink outside. I had some employee lady go after me outside because I took a drink outside while we were watching our child. It was like 90 degrees out!!In the hot heat, people can get sick. If kiddos(especially special needs ) are outside in the hot weather and not allowed to have liquids to hydrate..,they can get dehydrated. Some people are...
