This place is absolutely wonderful. There's so much to do and see, we probably only saw a quarter of the place. But my son also has a bit of train obsession right now so that's mostly why. Right as you walk into the museum there's a table full of magnetic trains and a mock steam train for kids to play in and explore. He even had to ring the bell one more time before we left. He found the brain and the ambulance interesting and kept going between those and the train, but there is so much more.....a plane to climb in, a water flow table with a seat for smaller children, a market and restaurant, a science/activity area, and lots more my child decided wasn't for him lol. Outside has a fun mini creek for the kids to splash in plus a huge sand box, an outdoor garden and bubble station, a maze of fun doors with information signs all over. This is a great place to just go and spend the day with the kids and let them run freely while having loads of fun. I will definitely be looking into booking this place for my son's...

It is a blessing to have a new children's museum in town. I have a 5 yr old who loves it. So does my 1 yr old but I do wish they had more stations for small toddlers. I was addressed by staff to remove my 1 yr old from a certain area and requested to bring her to the one and only "baby and toddler area" in the back corner, but frankly I feel that I pay full price for my 1 yr old as for any age, including adults, and as such she has a right to play comfortably anywhere there. Also, I feel there should be an adjustment for price for little ones, like 2 and under, especially if they are not able to play in all the areas like older children. Otherwise, we enjoy visits there, especially in the hot weather, giving us an...

We took our 6 yr old. I give it a 3 star review. Though the building is very nice, this place is lacking…There is only a snack/vending area with very little space to snack with only kid sized chairs in the vending area and no napkins available for a spill, etc. They need a cafe like the Jackson Museum has. They should allow you to at least drink your water or drink outside. I had some employee lady go after me outside because I took a drink outside while we were watching our child. It was like 90 degrees out!!In the hot heat, people can get sick. If kiddos(especially special needs ) are outside in the hot weather and not allowed to have liquids to hydrate..,they can get dehydrated. Some people are...

Great. Friendly smiling staff. Very clean. Lots to do inside and outside. Felt safe. Clean bathrooms, including a family room. Lockers. Activities hands on and interactive. The only thing no water fountain that I recall but had vending machines for drinks. Lils loved it. Sand pit that was clean. Beautiful garden. Lots of educational play spaces. Very organized! Cost reasonable. Plenty of free parking. Lots of working hand sanitizer stations too. Bubble station needed more solution. They took care of it quickly. Thank you to all those working there. The wreath station was fun.

We always enjoy our time here. Itis better suited at the time for young children but it is what you make of it as a parent if that makes sense.. it’s still a museum so if you bring older kids maybe have a fun lesson planned. However, this post is specifically for the spectacular treatment Brandon at the front desk served us with. His kind and enthusiastic demeanor made our day and he was solely the reason we bought a season pass today. Great job Sir! Your kindness was so appreciated!
