NORTHEAST MUNITIONS — Attraction in Merrimack

This is strictly a review of their online ordering process as I have not personally spoken to anyone in store.

I've been scouring the internet for a Trijicon SRO (not easy to find right now) and finally found one in stock at Northeast Munitions - there was one left in stock and I was able to check out with it. Usually on smaller websites like this, stock counters are not in real time so I didn't even really know whether or not it was actually in stock. After securing the order, I refreshed the page to see that the item was still showing as in stock (as a sanity check) - the SRO was now showing as out of stock. BONUS: (Apparent) live stock updates on their website!!! Now, it was the wait to see whether or not the SRO would actually ship - I got a tracking number in a few hours. Same day order to shipping - that's like Amazon levels of speed!

Lastly, there's a lot of fake Trijicons out there so as soon as I received it I emailed Trijicon asking them to verify the serial number. They came back and said the serial number was valid and gave me a date of manufacture.

To recap: Northeast Munitions had a hard to find item in stock, their webpage has real time stock updates, they shipped the item the same day, AND the item they shipped was genuine. Unfortunately, I live too far (on the opposite end of the country) to ever visit this shop in person but I will be regularly using them as a go to site whenever I need to shop.

Every time I have went here Peter is ALWAYS able to go above and beyond what is expected for customer service it’s unbelievable! I can go there just because I’m throwing some ideas around in my head and I need advice and he’s always able to put a better perspective on things and if he doesn’t have whatever I need in stock he gets it and I don’t even have to tell him a price someone else is selling it for because he ALWAYS is cheaper! I’ve NEVER once seen anyone beat him on price and you can go there just to look around not even interested in buying anything and you can tell him and he still will give you his full attention and interact with you as if you went there with a million dollars willing to spend it I’ve been to many many shops and have never got the customer service I receive when I go here I’ve called the guy 2 hours after closing or a few hours before open and still get a pleasant response he doesn’t care about you spending your money just wants you to leave happy and confidence in your purchase I’ve gone there for a few parts I NEEDED THAT DAY no way around it and he gave me a few other people to call who by normal standards would be his competition just to make sure I had my rifles up and running that day I could go on and on about how amazing this place is but I think you got the hint I wish I could give more then 5 stars and I got so into this review I made it just one giant run on sentence I will always be using this business as my ONLY place for firearms, firearm...

Great gun store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, mostly young folks. Very good prices. Best thing is they do free transfers, person to person or out-of-state. According to their site if you want to buy a guy from an online store, tell them first, they will try to match the price, otherwise will do a transfer for free. This is more or less equal to them having rock bottom prices on every firearm you can imagine. What more can you ask for?

Often have good deals on guns going through...you'll often see these on ARMSLIST, which is how I found this store in the first place. Definitely worth checking in just to browse and see what they might have. Due to space of course there's not a HUGE variety....boils down to often +interesting and well priced+ used guns plus a pretty basic selection of basic guns...but as stated you can get anything there in a few days.

Note they on the fifth floor in a pretty cramped space, but it works out. I like this place better than a lot of bigger stores.

Selection of ammo is very limited, you should probably go elsewhere for that, but for guns, can't be beat.

Seem very honest too. When I brought a gun to sell/trade in they advised me to sell on private market as what they would give me would be less than I got there. Clearly not in it to screw you over. To reiterate,...
