Such a great brewery! Quiant, down to Earth, but still modern and fun, there was the main area, pub tables, bar, and a couch sitting area with a dart board. I was super impressed with how fresh and high quality the beers were, also with the variety (something for everyone). My favorites were the Lady of the Lake and Gemütlich, and I'm super excited for the fall pumpkin brew to come out. Read moreWent there on a Thursday night around 5pm with my wife to come in get a flight each and enjoy the brews and atmosphere. Most unfortunately the young female bartender was blatantly ignoring us ( we looked at each other clearly seeing that I just sat down.) for what reason I dont understand, sat down at a table for 20 mins and left without even a sip. We covered this veteran-owned brewing company to produce a short video feature. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the bar is very aesthetically pleasing, and they brew everything on the spot. I am not a huge beer expert (I dabble more with scotch) but the Auburn is an amazing ale.
The vets who own Able Ebenezer (Mike and Carl) are great people as well. Ask them about how they came up with the name and how they got started!
