Trotter Mattress Distribution — Attraction in Merrimack

I wish I could give six stars. This is the type of service you only dream of. Jeff is a true mattress expert. It's like it's all he thinks about. His true passion is in mattresses and the mattress industry. A little background, I was on a mission for a new mattress that would help me sleep better with chronic back and neck pain. One might I stayed in a Motel 6 of all places and had the best nights sleep of my life. I guess my.room had a mattress that their chain no longer uses. Despite taking a picture of the tag and model, I could not find this mattress anywhere, not even when googling it. My girlfriend found Jeff and it has been the best experience. She gave him picture of the tag and he found out what mattress it was right away! Serta had rebranded that model a few years back. Then they had Serta custom-make me that exact mattress. It took about a month, maybe less, but it was well worth it. I felt that I got an excellent price with a new box set and frame and mattress protector included. Even included two pillows for free. I wasn't too thrilled with the pillows he started me with, so he drove all the way up to my workplace to have me test out a couple pillows to see what I liked the most! He delivered the mattress HIMSELF. Carried it up three flights of stairs BY HIMSELF. Set it up in no time at all and gave me tips for maintaining it long-term. He has a lot of energy and a great positive attitude. I cannot wait to buy my next mattress here. I can guarantee that I will be a lifelong customer of...

This is our second purchase from Trotter's, and let me tell you- It was amazing yet again. The first purchase was a quick one for our oldest son after college graduation. The purchase experience was excellent, and pricing was great. My wife and I just purchased a king size mattress to replace our 15 year old one. Doug greeted me warmly on the phone, and in person when we arrived. We are Merrimack residents, and always prefer to shop local businesses first. We found the perfect one with his help, and delivery was flawless. (Me getting the thing upstairs was not, however...haha) I want to thank Trotter's for reinforcing the fact that LOCAL businesses and U.S made products are, and always be the greatest value... Beyond pleased with the customer service Jeff provided. We were able to get the perfect mattress at a great price, and he even delivered it right away! Definitely will be repeat customers.
