Our experience wasn’t the greatest coming in. The up keep on the building and cleaning was not great bathroom aren’t clean and broken all bench’s you could seat at all on it last leg and going break! Nothing looks like it’s been clean since they opened liquids or stain on it the trampolines. There’s no foam in a few pits like the one kids swing from . It was taking kids such a long time to get out of the pit before another kid could swing again! The staff aren’t paying any attention at all! No cleaning the building or sanitation going on! And they have 0 experience with kids, let alone any children with mental disabilities or handicaps. When a women ask if there a sticker she could put on herself instead of her child because he doesn’t like stickers because of sensory issues. The guy simply said I don’t know just put it on his back or something I guess. There wasn’t another option for her when there wasn’t a lot of kids there anyway on a Sunday ! Won’t come back here again it’s not clean and staff isn’t friendly !

This place is awesome!!! At first I was a little hesitant to spend so much money just to spend an hour with my 3 kids jumping on some trampolines. But it's so much more than that. All the trampolines are interconnected and provide a truly amazing jump experience. It's also very safe in that everything is padded so even if your fat and out of shape you can go in and become a parkore maniac for an hour and jump until you have to sit down because can't breathe anymore! Totally worth the money! I can't wait to go back again.

Great place very clean and a great bargin with 2 for 1 coupon. Best for kids 4+ and under 12 as it is smaller than the now closed launch. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to spend an afternoon of fun. video games $1/play. And they keep adding more video games maybe not a good thing....

Beyond awful experience! It is my daughters 9 birthday today and we choose this place to celebrate it. Big mistake! First we waited close to 15 minutes in line to be told that we had to step to the side and wait for our “party host” while this same person stood there staring at the entrance door. Our host finally arrives and tell us to go make another long line to complete a waiver. I told her I had been waiting, by then 20 minutes, if I could have a paper version and complete it, that way I avoided the line. She unpleasantly agreed, placed them on the counter and instructed someone to take our balloons and bring them to the room because “they are in the way of everyone”. After completing the waivers she tells me “go straight down that hallway and you’ll see a room to your right, that’ll be your room”. About 30 minutes into “jumping time” I inquired about water at the front desk because our host was no where to be found. I was asked “Your party host didn’t set you up with that?” Two of my guests where charged entrance and sock fees. I brought it up to a staff member at the front desk and was told that the guests where going to be issued a refund. A woman shows up and interrupts by saying “look behind me, NO REFUNDS, most I can do is give you these hour Jump passes for next time”. While in the room, enjoying our pizza, a group of 4 employees walk in with balloons and a utensil basket and say to the host “They have to get out, my party started at 12:00pm” and proceeds to place a sign with another child’s name on the same table my daughters cake and party favors were!! The host approaches me and says “You reserved a table not a room so you have to get out”. At this point I was so uncomfortable with the whole situation, I headed straight to the front desk, crying asked for a manager. A “team leader” came out and said I was all set that I had nothing to worry about. After cutting the cake, I sit down with my daughter and guests. The hosts approaches me and states “can we please head towards the front for payment?” while I have a mouth full of cake, literally. I head to pay and was given a $75 discount, which honestly did not compensate for all the disrespect and disorganization my guests and my self encountered. I made sure my daughter had fun but every single adult in that room was aware of everything that was happening, everybody was so uncomfortable. I was bombarded by employees at the end of the party apologizing, I was unable to thank my guests due to this. One of my guest was thrown in a foam pit and accidentally dropped his phone in it. He was told it would be “a few weeks” before he could get his phone back. In addition, my guest informed staff the phone screen was cracked, glass was exposed and this might be harmful to children playing there. The response he was give was “oh well I’m not going in there now, hopefully no one gets hurt!”. I do not recommend this place for a birthday party AT ALL!...

Had my sons 11th birthday party 11/15/19 . The facility including the bathrooms and party room was clean . I also noticed a baby changing table in the men’s roomA+. The staff is VERY young and with the exception of 1 young man , extremely helpful and caring.

I did have some minor issues, one being That I assumed the kids could go from the party room to the jumping area and back n forth the whole time of the party (this isn’t the case if you only use 30 minutes for pizza and cake you can’t take the last 30min to jump unless extra bounce time is purchased $ ) this is probably somewhere on the website but somehow I missed this (my oversight) .

The other issues was my son wanted to bring his football to pass with his buddies.I doubted that would be allowed so we called ahead to make sure and were told bringing a foot ball to the park would be fine . We had about 20 jumpers that were very well behaved I know this because I watched to make sure everyone was being safe. The kids used the football for 15 minutes passing it while jumping on the large group of square trampolines in the front area . Unexpectedly, 1 staff member changed his mind about bouncing + passing the football and told all the kids to go to the foam pit in the corner, they happily moved . They were then told they could only play with the ball if there were no “other” kids around in the foam pit area. My issues is the way the young man spoke to the 20 boys at the party and that he expected them to monitor the “other” kids not in the party- that is his job!. Also I feel for the money I spent the football shouldn’t have been an issue and they should have been told to occupy the dodge ball area WHERE the BALLs are used it’s netted in and would have solved all his safety concerns . either this or just don’t allow the Football at all in the first place.

Regardless of the above complaints my son and his friends had a great time . It is expensive , more than other similar type parties but the active available and fun level was worth it . Oh , also I did get an hour bounce pass to use at another visit for my son which...

Disappointed with the lack of staff on duty & concerned about the ignorance for cleaning the "Flip Pit" when a bloody child got injured in it. I was there on Friday 8/26 and appalled that there is a lack of staff watching dangerous flipping into a pit. I was watching to be sure no one was interferrin when my grandson was showing me how he can do flips at the "Flip Pit". I was totally shocked when he came up disoriented and his face covered and dripping with blood. There was a child underneath the foam hiding and no where to be seen prior to the jump. I happen to have it on video. I yelled for "help" twice before anyone was near us. The young staff memeber came to me while i was embracing my grandson and trying to keep the dripping blood from going all over everthing and asked "Do you need help" then pointed to where there was ice packs. It took 25 minutes for me to observe what was injured and to calm my grandson to realize that no one took concern to close the "flip pit" for cleaning. Blood is Bio Hazard that needs disenfecting. Not to mention, no one of the management staff assisted or even contacted us at this point. Makes me wonder if this is a regular occcurance. I understand staffing is an issue with all businesses these days, & responsibility relys on the individuals but this is a safety factor that perhaps this event should closed until staffing...
