D' Venue Reception Hall — Attraction in Mesa

I have choreographed many quinces over the years and this hall was all over the place. They pronounced families names wrong during the ceremony, they advised the letter decorations were going to arrive at a certain time and those arrived very late. During the entrance for the kids who worked their butts off the DJ continuously messed up songs (the mother even provided a beautiful print out of how the night was supposed to go and gave that to the DJ to ENSURE he knew every song and what order to play) the DJ then forgot to introduce two kids who were in the quince which was so frustrating for myself as the choreographer and for the parents. During the Waltz we specifically told the hall and DJ that they would need to turn the lights down during a section of the dance as the choreography was set to highlight the use of lights on the main daughter and her partner, this did NOT happen and instead they turned on the firework display and RUINED the entire effect that was supposed tot sake place. Yo, let me break it down for y'all straight up – was here a few months ago this place is a hot mess, no cap. I rolled up to this joint, and it was straight-up whack from jump street. Ain't nothing going right here:

Service - Total Trash: Their so-called "service" was a joke. Staff acting like they'd rather be anywhere else but there, ignoring my drink orders like they were invisible or something. We're dropping mad cash, and they can't even show basic respect? Nah, fam.

Food - Flavorless Flop: The grub they served was on some next-level tastelessness. It's like the kitchen crew quit caring about seasoning or making it pop. I've had better eats at a gas station. And don't even get me started on the overpriced nonsense they're trying to pass off as food.

Capacity Claims - Straight-Up Lies: Security talking 'bout the place being "at capacity," but I ain't seen no proof, no nada. Empty tables, empty chairs – they just playing us, making up excuses to keep the crowd thin. I ain't here for their shady games.

Long story short, don't waste your time. It's a complete letdown, and I wouldn't wish this mess on my worst enemy. Find somewhere else to party, 'cause this spot...

Cero Star !!! Just to let everyone know about the BAD service offered by this place, to start the DJ with music that the DJ liked, nothing to motivate people to dance. Be careful that if they say that they will serve 100, 200, 300 people, they will not give the service as they say they will. At the event that I went there were many people left without food, to repair the damage they brought pizzas for the remaining guests to complete the meal. The dinner had bad taste, cold food, Valentina sauce to give flavor the food!!! I never seen that in other venues!!! Besides, if it is an elegant venue I imagine they should serve in elegant dishes, which they served in disposable dishes!!!

In this hall they have no bartender, she is just one of the waitresses, I asked for a Michelada, which they had everything to do it (I saw) and the one "bartender" did not want to do it.
