It was kind of a letdown to be honest but it's just something new and different to try. I came in at like an off time during the day around 3: 00. The owner was there with another worker and he helped guide my choice to the jalapeno dragon roll which is their house signature roll. It comes baked in this boat of tin foil with all this deliciousness on top and you just fork through it. Fight through it chopstick your way through it. Whatever you can to extract the deliciousness it is so amazing.
