Rare find: a spot all 4 of my kids loved 😍 @FUNBOX.COM | Bounce House is officially on our repeat list!! #funbox #thingstodowithkids

Our first ever visit was on Thursday, July 3 2025. I wasn’t sure what to expect and honestly, a giant bounce house didn’t sound too much different than any other bounce house I’ve taken my kids to. However, we have a Pogo Pass and thought we’d give it a try using the pass. We walked in and were greeted with a smile. The beautiful young lady, Mataya, who helped us out was so sweet and welcoming, so full of joy and energy (not in a weird way, just genuinely happy and excited to welcome guests). She answered any questions we had with patience and helped us get checked in and pointed us in the right direction from there. We went to play and had an absolute blast. Even 30 year old me played hard with my kids and had so much fun that I was sore for a couple days after from how hard I played. Totally worth it because it’s now our new favorite place. Throughout our visit, on a few different occasions, she smiled and exchanged small pleasantries and asked how we were enjoying our time. When we left, I made sure to stop and thank her personally because the guest experience with her alone made our visit so wonderful. We told her how great she was to us and just how fun our visit was. We will definitely be back and will definitely be recommending Funbox to friends and family. And if you see Mataya, be sure to give her some extra love. 🥰

We recently had my son’s birthday party here. The party package is fairly expensive and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit, so I expected a smooth experience. I purchased the package for 15 kids and 15 adults. The kids were provided juice boxes and small 8 oz water bottles, but drinks were not included for adults. The facility itself was pretty clean and our hostess was very nice and helpful. However, you only get two hours in the party room, and nearly half of that time is spent eating, singing happy birthday, and doing cake—so the actual playtime feels much shorter than what’s advertised. The package stated 110 minutes of jump time, but after our room time ended, we went to the general area so the kids could jump longer. Within a few minutes we were asked to leave. I requested to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. After waiting around for some time, we just decided to leave, which was frustrating given how much the party cost. Overall, while the facility was nice and the hostess did her part, the experience didn’t match what was promised in the package, and the lack of management follow-up left us disappointed.

My 4 year old Autistic toddler absolutely loved this place until one of the employees (Red hair/middle aged) woman yelled at him due to other children going into an "unopened" (which was not properly labeled that it should be secured) section of the bounce park. I went on 6/10/2025 at 11:00AM (Leticia Romero) for my son's 4th birthday and I witnessed this staff yelling and threatening him and other children that were in the bounce area. I have been a caregiver for 7 years and never would I even think about talking to the individuals I care for in the way she talked to my 4 year old autistic son and many other children there. THEIR PARENTS WERE NOT PRESENT during this time but I was. I was not happy at all when she decided to actually yell at a toddler. I can say this establishment was great for my son specifically since it is small but he doesn't mind since the games are free(not the claw machines). His older cousin also attended with us she is 12 years old and the claw machine was empty and she asked the staff to refill the claw machine as she paid for tokens. The same staff yelling at the children said "I will refill it at some point today" knowing they only offer the 90 minute tickets. Absolutely horrible staff and super sad to see that children have to get treated that way from a grown woman who can not control her own emotions or work flow. PLEASE find another job as this does not seem like a great...

We had a great time taking the kids to jump. With the grand opening special price it’s hard to beat. We went mid week which was awesome and not too crowded, but I could see it getting very busy on weekends.

A few things were of concern that I hope management looks to address:

The floors are extremely slippery. As soon as you get out of the bounce house you are slipping and sliding. We saw about 10 adults and kids slip and fall quite hard coming out. Someone is going to get seriously injured one time.

The new pricing model. This is a big one. Was told when the grand opening pricing changes to regular rates it will be $19.99 to jump. I think that’s a spot on price. However they told us that kids 5 and under need an adult with them and the adult needs to pay too. I think it’s disrespectful and wrong to force that cost. If you are making a parent jump with them it should not be an extra charge. Optional sure I get it, but there is no reason why it should cost me $40 to take my 5 year old and $20 to take my 6 year old. If this becomes the pricing model we will not return. The staff did tell us that they are still working through the actual pricing model which is why I felt inclined to comment on this. Hopefully management sees this and takes it into consideration.

All in all it was a great experience and our group of...
