My 4 year old Autistic toddler absolutely loved this place until one of the employees (Red hair/middle aged) woman yelled at him due to other children going into an "unopened" (which was not properly labeled that it should be secured) section of the bounce park. I went on 6/10/2025 at 11:00AM (Leticia Romero) for my son's 4th birthday and I witnessed this staff yelling and threatening him and other children that were in the bounce area. I have been a caregiver for 7 years and never would I even think about talking to the individuals I care for in the way she talked to my 4 year old autistic son and many other children there. THEIR PARENTS WERE NOT PRESENT during this time but I was. I was not happy at all when she decided to actually yell at a toddler. I can say this establishment was great for my son specifically since it is small but he doesn't mind since the games are free(not the claw machines). His older cousin also attended with us she is 12 years old and the claw machine was empty and she asked the staff to refill the claw machine as she paid for tokens. The same staff yelling at the children said "I will refill it at some point today" knowing they only offer the 90 minute tickets. Absolutely horrible staff and super sad to see that children have to get treated that way from a grown woman who can not control her own emotions or work flow. PLEASE find another job as this does not seem like a great...
Read moreWe had a great time taking the kids to jump. With the grand opening special price it’s hard to beat. We went mid week which was awesome and not too crowded, but I could see it getting very busy on weekends.
A few things were of concern that I hope management looks to address:
The floors are extremely slippery. As soon as you get out of the bounce house you are slipping and sliding. We saw about 10 adults and kids slip and fall quite hard coming out. Someone is going to get seriously injured one time.
The new pricing model. This is a big one. Was told when the grand opening pricing changes to regular rates it will be $19.99 to jump. I think that’s a spot on price. However they told us that kids 5 and under need an adult with them and the adult needs to pay too. I think it’s disrespectful and wrong to force that cost. If you are making a parent jump with them it should not be an extra charge. Optional sure I get it, but there is no reason why it should cost me $40 to take my 5 year old and $20 to take my 6 year old. If this becomes the pricing model we will not return. The staff did tell us that they are still working through the actual pricing model which is why I felt inclined to comment on this. Hopefully management sees this and takes it into consideration.
All in all it was a great experience and our group of...
Read moreOur first ever visit was on Thursday, July 3 2025. I wasn’t sure what to expect and honestly, a giant bounce house didn’t sound too much different than any other bounce house I’ve taken my kids to. However, we have a Pogo Pass and thought we’d give it a try using the pass. We walked in and were greeted with a smile. The beautiful young lady, Mataya, who helped us out was so sweet and welcoming, so full of joy and energy (not in a weird way, just genuinely happy and excited to welcome guests). She answered any questions we had with patience and helped us get checked in and pointed us in the right direction from there. We went to play and had an absolute blast. Even 30 year old me played hard with my kids and had so much fun that I was sore for a couple days after from how hard I played. Totally worth it because it’s now our new favorite place. Throughout our visit, on a few different occasions, she smiled and exchanged small pleasantries and asked how we were enjoying our time. When we left, I made sure to stop and thank her personally because the guest experience with her alone made our visit so wonderful. We told her how great she was to us and just how fun our visit was. We will definitely be back and will definitely be recommending Funbox to friends and family. And if you see Mataya, be sure to give her some...
