I recently visited this Hallmark store for the first time because I needed a post office that could send a certified letter. I was pleasantly surprised to find a convenient post office within the store. Heather assisted me with my postal needs, and she was incredibly helpful and efficient. Rusty checked me out when I purchased some additional stationery, and the entire experience was seamless.

The store offers a fantastic selection of fun, unique gifts and cards. As someone who enjoys sending letters, I appreciated the well-organized, clean, and friendly atmosphere. Well I see why they have a 4.6 ratings. There was a side walk full of stuff on sale.it had people every were. Inside and outside. It was great to see looks of extra help looking to help you.i was in a total wrong area.and a nice lady walked right up to me and asked if I needed help.i said yes thank you.they had what I was looking for.cso happy it was there. Then at the front a smiley lady was glad to see me.she was ready to help .me download a coupon. They have there own wifi !!!.big plus for me.i saved five dollars. I’ve been shopping at this Hallmark for years. I regularly buy snoopy figures that always come in the original box with styrofoam. This last purchase, they did not give me the original box that it comes with. They gave me a thin, flimsy box with tissue paper. The figurine ended up breaking because of how it was packaged. They would not let me exchange it. They said they couldn’t do anything for me which was a lie because corporate ended up issuing me a gift card for the amount I spent. They were just unwilling to help me. It was negligence on their part for not packaging it correctly. They should always take care of...
