Karma Aesthetics and Wellness — Attraction in Mesa

I went to go get filler form around my mouth called smokers wrinkles. And didn't expect to but I got Botox from the top of my nose up to the top of my head. They really didn't talk to me much they said this is what you need and they went ahead and did it and then sent me home with little instruction on what to do. Like wearing makeup. Or like when can I start using my moisturizer they just gave me a stick of stuff to put on my face. No instructions though on how to use it. I was in and out real quick and was told you wait a week or results. It's been 4 days with no change. I don't even know if I can watch my face if I can make it where I can I can't do after the procedure. I'm lost. So I will call and let them know. There's so many reviews on here and they make them look so good. They weren't as friendly and the environment was not nearly as good as people are saying in the reviews. They just told me what they were going to do put me in the chair and did the Botox and filler for around my lips. I don't see a change it all I will wait for 7 days to see what happens. I don't have no bruising no lumps. It says not to touch your face. But for how long. Instructions were very bad because it wasn't much of it. I am not happy with karma aesthetics. I did not get the treatment that all these other reviews say they have gotten. I felt like I was used, they took my money and tossed me out the door. It sure did seem like they were doing it for the money and didn't care much about me as a client. I'll come back and do a better post if this Botox and filler work. I had a wonderful experience with nurse Madelynn at Karma Aesthetics 🥰. She was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable and explained the procedure for my Botox treatment in detail, answering all my questions thoroughly. She took the time to understand my goals and concerns and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Madelynn's gentle touch and calming voice made me feel very comfortable!
