Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Gilbert

Just came here for my first time, was surprised to see only one car in line, so I jumped in line on the way to an appointment. I ordered two medium iced dirty chais, with oat milk, and two shots instead of one. The woman taking my order outside seemed confused, and had me repeat my order. I paid with card, she didn't show me the screen (I'm not sure if this is normal as I've never been to Dutch Bros before) and she tapped the screen and returned my card. The order came to $16.20 for two medium oat milk dirty chais. I did not receive a receipt, so I'm not sure if I got charged correctly, and there's no prices online. I received my drinks after 5 minutes. I drive away, finally drink one, and there's no chai. I think I just got a watered down, tasteless, what I assume was just oat milk latte, as it had no sugar or flavor. It was gross but most importantly, it was not what I paid for. The second drink, for my mother, tasted the same, so neither was made right, which is upsetting after spending over $16 for two medium drinks. I would have gone back in line but I had somewhere to be. I'm not sure what I received and if this was a typical transaction, but it was not friendly or nice, much less transparent. Very fast service.. but my anxiety was all over the place. Cause the brista was amazing at her job. She was wearing a few bracelets. And a pink hat with her dutch bros jersey. I purchase a 35.00 order. With a couple of friends ds for my bday [I'm a female] and she was just so nice. Cute. And she tried to make me feel as comfortable as can be. I was so shy I rolled up my window. Then rolled it down. ... she laughed cause I told her she was making my gayness come out ... eek. I was bright red. So was she. ♡♡♡. Anyways I'm terrible at flirting. Also my mirror on my right side kinda scraped the tip jar. And she wiped it down and said I was okay. .^_^ but if I would've gotten her name. I would definitely recommend her as the best Brista [dutch queen] I ran into . I've never left a review on dutch. But this is the far best one out of the other 3 I visited. This location needs to go back to training. I go every Wednesday and Thursday on my way into office. They make my drink wrong more than they make it right. They never prioritize online orders. By the time I get my drink it’s half melted or not even made yet when I order ahead of time. The people at the window seem like they can only handle one thing at a time. Today when I went to pick up which should have taken less than 2 minutes, someone’s sister decided to bring a puppy and their little sister. It’s 7:30, everyone else besides the Dutch Bros workers and their sister had to get to work, but everyone decided to stop working and talk to this sister, little girl, and this puppy that showed up. Let’s be a little bit more professional and considerate that everyone doesn’t have all morning to be watching you guys pet this puppy and then go to making drinks right after.
