Read moreUnfortunately I have to take out some stars because I am currently in front of the store, at 8:43am and no one has shown up to open the doors! I’ve already been here for an hour and a half or more, as it is! To have to wait nearly an hour for them to open, what extremely disappointing. Another issue, is that they have run out of the type of kratom that i have bought from them for years, and have no restocked in almost 2 weeks and every other location is out and haven’t restocked either. This was my favorite place, but not so much anymore. The Forney and Plano locations are still okay, minus this restocking issue. No one is even clear as to why they are out or when they will restock and it is all frustrating! And lastly, they took away VIP CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS 😭👎🏻! To me that is messed up! If you dont want to offer that, then dont offer to any new customers, but to take it away from your regular customers who have been coming here for years? That is messed up! I went back and met Rylan- she was so helpful and professional and offered her recommendations after I tried a product I didn’t like. I love this place- friendly employees, welcoming environment, and great products at a reasonable price, offering price matches with a proper receipt.

I take back everything I said. After a while you start recognizing things about people after dealing them for a while. This store does not have any African Americans who work there, but have a substantial amount of Black customers keeping them in business. The workers started to get seemingly irritated after several visits. I go out of my way to try and be pleasant to people. Some folks are not receptive to kindness and genuineness, but prefer fake over real. I would buy something and if I had issues or came back with questions they seemed irritated and unwilling to help.
