My salesperson was Brian. Everything was good at first until after I made my payment. I changed my mind the next day after finding the same set elsewhere for $300 less and was advised of the no refund policy. I understood the policy and tried to change the set to a different set for the exact same price since it wasn’t ordered from the warehouse yet and it was hell. It took days and days to make progress. The salesman no longer responded, the store’s phone line never went through, I had to call other locations to try to reach someone at the mesquite location or to even try to get a corporate number to resolve the issue. The few times I could reach someone at the store, they would either hang up in my face or try to dismiss me once I provided my name or order number. Also, the product wasn’t exactly as promised. My order listed that I would receive a foam mattress and box spring. I received a very poor quality mattress (wasn’t a foam mattress) where I had to consistently remove the strings/threads that were coming out and the box spring has already broken within two months. Very cheap quality and not at all what I was promised....

My mom and I went to get furniture and everything was put under my name for the financing. Then my mom went back to the store without me because she did not like the couch we got. She chose a new one and asked the financing to be placed under the same as the previous. The worker Lester instead opened a credit card under my name and told my mom that it was not a credit card even though I have spoken to the banking company and they told me it is a credit card. Came with a 2 year warranty went to the store and asked for help and who I could talk to told me to send an email to their “office” since the employees have no idea of what I am talking about showing them receipts, dates, pictures and they still seem to not care and pointed me towards sending an email. After many months and emails as well as calls to them directly at the store still have not received not even ONE RESPONSE.
