Smoothie Factory + Kitchen — Restaurant in Mesquite

Unfortunately I did not get her name but the older overweight white woman at the cash register on Sunday, Feb 26 at around 2 - 3 pm was beyond rude. Very curt and acted irritated about me asking questions. This is a smoothie and nutrition store... it's not out of the ordinary for a customer to ask questions so I'm not sure what her issue was. I asked her the amount of protein in a specific smoothie and she rolls her eyes and says "idk depends on the teaspoon". Um.... ok? Each scoop has a specified amount of protein. If you're making the smoothie then you know what protein powder you're using. You should be able to tell a customer the grams of protein/scoop per the nutrition label from the protein powder you're using to make the smoothie. The proteins they use for the smoothies are lined up along the back counter but I guess turning around to double check the protein count on the labels was too physically exhausting for her. I just told her she was rude, walked out and went to the Smoothie King nearby. Wow! I came in on Sunday, the 26th, 2023 with my two kids. The lady up front known as, "Momma" was slammed. Not only did she handle a very disrespectful woman who was really low key bullying another young lady at the front, but she did so in such a way that it made everyone who was waiting to be served much more appreciative of the great customer service we were receiving. It's sad when one of your children points out that "that lady was mean. Why daddy?" I was so taken back that I made sure that Momma knew how much we appreciated her. First time, I buy acai & berries bowl last Saturday 12/3 at around 4:30pm, it's really good and very perfect. I definitely will go again but today 12/09/2022 at 11:30am, both acai & berries and tropical acai bowl is awful and very poor maker, it's so watery and too many ice balls. Very disappointed. Maybe different people work there, today is two women. Last Saturday is mexican man, he did great job.
